    Food today is Chicken, Peppers, and Butter with a total of 1,916kcal which breaks down into 81g carbs, 70g protein, 245g fat.

    Mood is GREAT.

    Workout today was Resting day.

    Days since last cheat is 9 and record is 34 days.

    Had a Starbucks Coffee - Hot Chai Tea Latte (Grande), 16 oz today which brought the carb values a bit high.

    11 days to go. Not a chance to reach target but it is what it is.

    Luckily I only have 10 days to go since last night, during my water fast, I was realizing I was thinking about what my arm might taste like. Also strength in the gym have now started to drop, dramatically.

    Food today is ground beef, broccoli, and yoghurt with a total of 1605kcal which breaks down into 53g fat, 48g carbs, and 236g of protein.

    Mood is GREAT.

    Workout today was Shoulders & traps.

    Food today is MIXED with a total of 1777kcal which breaks down into 93g fat, 127g carbs, and 117g of protein.

    Mood is OK.

    Workout today was Triceps & Biceps.

    Days since last cheat is 1 and record is 34 days

    8 days to go.

    Had a cheat day yesterday and I did not train. My back is screwed up and I can so feel myself starting to slip as it is close to the end. I am around 12%-13% body fat which is good as I am planning to run a cycle in around a month.

    Before and after pictures will be posted in a few days but please do not expect anything incredible. I am however very happy where I am considering where I started about 3-4 years back. I have taken 405's words to heart, we all work with what we got

    Food today is 6 eggs and yesterday was water fast.

    Mood is GREAT.

    Workout today was Resting day.

    Days since last cheat is 2 and record is 34 days.

    Had a bit of a problem a few days ago so I did a water fast and then are building it back up slowly. I might be delayed with my travel plans for a week and in that case I will run the cut for a few more days. Otherwise it is 4 days left.

    Food today is 6 eggs and 3 peppers, with a total caloric intake of 435kcal which breaks down into 18g carbs, 24g fat, and 39g protein.

    Mood is AMAZING.

    Workout today was Shoulders & Traps.

    Days since last cheat is 4 and record is 34 days.

    Got word I am moving next week so I am finishing this diet on Saturday morning. Final post and pictures sometime during Saturday which is May 24.

    It really is no problem as it is not a constant. I "re-feed" the next day on around 1,700kcal. This is also something I have only done once and a while. On the other hand. The water fast days were a nightmare.

    Really starting to see some quads pop, and it looks like you added some good bit of lean muscle in the process!

    I know you were down playing your results and sounded like you were disappointed a couple weeks ago but-

    I can say from experience you are right on the edge of looking totally shredded, keep up / maintain what you've accomplished, great job.

    Basic cycle at the end of June or beginning of July. That is the plan at this time anyhow.
