Food today is WATER FAST.

Luckily I only have 10 days to go since last night, during my water fast, I was realizing I was thinking about what my arm might taste like. Also strength in the gym have now started to drop, dramatically.

Mood is OK.
Workout today was Triceps & Biceps.
Days since last cheat is 1 and record is 34 days
8 days to go.
Had a cheat day yesterday and I did not train. My back is screwed up and I can so feel myself starting to slip as it is close to the end. I am around 12%-13% body fat which is good as I am planning to run a cycle in around a month.
Before and after pictures will be posted in a few days but please do not expect anything incredible. I am however very happy where I am considering where I started about 3-4 years back. I have taken 405's words to heart, we all work with what we got

Food today is 6 eggs and yesterday was water fast.
Mood is GREAT.
Workout today was Resting day.
Days since last cheat is 2 and record is 34 days.
Had a bit of a problem a few days ago so I did a water fast and then are building it back up slowly. I might be delayed with my travel plans for a week and in that case I will run the cut for a few more days. Otherwise it is 4 days left.

Mood is AMAZING.
Workout today was Shoulders & Traps.

Got word I am moving next week so I am finishing this diet on Saturday morning. Final post and pictures sometime during Saturday which is May 24.

Really starting to see some quads pop, and it looks like you added some good bit of lean muscle in the process!
I know you were down playing your results and sounded like you were disappointed a couple weeks ago but-
I can say from experience you are right on the edge of looking totally shredded, keep up / maintain what you've accomplished, great job.
Whats next for you?
