    Imho, two of the best supplements you can take are low dose daily cialis and vitamin D. Cialis is simply one of the healthiest things to take for an adult male regardless of bph or it's indented purpose.

    Cant take cialis, I get a horrific acid reflux for 3 days. Plus the almost priapism state.

    But I agree if you can take it its very healthy.

    I'll def look into and get on (depending the price) Tadalafil. I did just start on vitamin D (after my results showed they were borderline low). I thought my multi-vit and all the added D food products (milk, OJ) I consume would get me there, but I guess not.

    Most everyone in N. America is low in Vit D. Don't over-do it though as it's fat soluble not water soluble. Be sure to take it with a large meal as well for best absorption. I believe the range is 3-100 for D. I like to keep mine around 80. For me that takes 10K IU's per day but we are all different.

    Same here. My last vitamin D, 25-hydroxy was 74.7 w/ a range of 30-100 ng/mL. The time before that it had drifted down towards 64.1 so I added supplemental D back in @ 5k per day.
