    Exclamation Test Prop 150MG EOD x 10 Weeks First Cycle!

    I will now be doing test prop cycle at 150MG EOD for 10 weeks.
    As my last Test E cycle was bunk, about 7 weeks in I switched to prop.

    Also taking .25mg or .50mg arimidex every few days

    Old Test E Log
    Test Ethanate 500mg x 12 wks First Cycle Log


    Keep in mind my BF% was 14% before I started Test E because I just finished up my last natty bulk and cut for 2 weeks then moved onto the test and ran it for 7 weeks which did nothing.
    So I upped my food intake in the sense It would be more used since I was on AAS but ended up not being real.
    Ended up with some more bf.

    No excuses, it is what it is and I know how to cut when the time comes.

    Im running prop because I will not gamble again right now on a long ester to fine it is bunk hence why I am running prop.


    Day 1- was shooting at first ED @ 75mg
    Just did first shot of prop at 75mg.
    Main this prop is much thicker than the test I was using
    Hopefully I don't wake up with a limp in my ass

    Day 2- Ass is a little sore
    When people request I will repost the photos.

    About to hit delts again
    Ass feels like it is bruised but no signs of bruising
    Prop is much thicker.
    Will have to start hitting quads, first time this week.
    I hope that I do not flare up again in my delts like last time

    Post Injection Redness

    Hitting left delt today with 75mg prop
    This time I heat 2 inches of water in a small tupperware cup for 1 min in the microwave and sat my vial in it for 1-2 mins and pulled after.
    Im shooting with a 23G 1"
    I ordered some 25G 1" today

    Day 4-
    Woke up at 196
    Normally been waking up at 194 or 195.
    Also leaner.

    Update
    Today i noticed I need more food than I normally been eating.
    This is a good thing!

    Day 5- Up to 197.6 now
    Did last nights shot in the quad, pretty painless and really easy.
    I was pretty scared to hit the quad since there is way more nerves and I read stories of people hitting it and what not.
    My oil is just really thick, i warmed it up in hot cup of microwaved water for 2 mins.
    Anyways, I even had to add like 1/2 cup of rice to some meals + a protein shake pre workout plus at wakeup.

    Not even end of week 1 and im very happy with whats been going on as before.
    I have not taken pics yet and I will Monday night, sunday marks 1 week since I started on a sunday.
    Prefer not to take a pic of me sunday since sat and sun are rest days.
    Hunger Levels are increasing.

    During leg days I will do lunges this week comming up, I normally leave them out because then I cannot do deadlifts.
    But I need that compound movement, so awesome, but then again my legs are my best part and my back could use some thickness.

    Made some changes to my diet.
    This is my current diet.
    Also added 1 scoop of whey when i wake up then 15-20 mins later my eggs and what not are done
    I recently added about 1/2 cup of rice to each meal because my body is telling me more food.
    This was cutting it about 2 days into prop, after that I needed more.
    I might add read meat back in when I was on test E, right now tuna and chicken breasts will do.
    Just noticed that tuna is 42g pro not 40

    Just hit my glute 22G 1 1/2"
    Hurt a bit more as I went an inch lower.
    I have tan line from my posing trunks, I wear my trunks when I use to tan.
    So I still have that line and I pretty much use that as my spot indicator.

    I will say using a 22G vs 23G makes a big difference in injecting well for obvious reasons, funny just 1G makes that big of a difference.

    Will be adding some Morning cardio in.
    Soon as I wake will have 1 scoop of whey + 5 G BCAA + 5 G Glutamine
    Then onto 45 min cardio
    Then come home and eat oatmeal, and eggs

    I just tossed it up there from some old threads so some noobies would not think I just jumped on gear.

    Hopefully this week I will see some strength gains.
    Just trying to figure out where to inject next because each injection is sore for a few days.
    I have squats tuesday which I really really want to do.
    Hit my glute sat, today I have to hit somewhere else, but if I hit delt then my thursday shoulder workout will be F'ed Up because some pain will still be there.

    I wish I would have taken pictures right before I started working out......They didnt allow cameras there though.......or shoelaces lol

    Thanks I assume you were in prison or in a acute behavioral facility.

    Did Right delt last night and its not sore like everywhere else was.
    Only about 12 hours after so I hopefully my body is getting used to it or the pain has not kicked in yet.

    Did chest yesterday and finally was able to get up
    2 x 225 x 6 flat bench press
    8 x 40 flat flys
    Im not big on chest and bis.

    So the fact I was able to hit 225 was a milestone for me.
    So the prop is def working
    Added 30 mins cardio PWO and dropped 1 serving of carbs.
    May add it back.
    Still 196 at wake up.

    Today is squats and lunges, If I can squat 315 x 6 will be a mile stone for me.
    I can normally hit it 4 x alone.

    Trying to lean out a bit due to like 3 bulking cycles in a row.
    1 natty creatine
    2 fakt test e crap
    3 now test prop

    Bloat? No bloat, only from mass amounts of carbs.

    So far its going good
    Dropped about 2-4 pounds already.
    Looking much leaner, loving it.
    Approaching week 5 of 10 weeks total
    No huge major strength gains but some, But I am a bit bigger.
    Prop is not as painful as the first 4 weeks.

    Cardio is boring as **** but it gets the job done.
    Im up to about 120-130mcg of clen , not going to go higher, more is not always better and last time I ran clen I topped at 140 or 160mcg with bad sides.
    Also have some ketotifen on hand
    For those who don't know from WIKI
    Ketotifen is used to up-regulate Beta-2 adrenergic receptors down-regulated by Beta-2 adrenergic agonists such as the drug Clenbuterol (often used in body-building communities)
    Still keeping my bloodpressure in check with a device I have at home.
    Nuts have shriveled up of course.
    Will post some pics after a workout of course.

    Also I just quit posting alot because injections are not that interesting and No major strength gains yet but people do say I am bigger.
    All I care about is putting on some muscle, i dont care to look big just as long as my body is properly building/repairing muscle much faster is all I care about.
    If I want I got dbol deca here to blow up.
    Not looking to that yet that will be second cycle after PCT.
    Haven't looked into if I can stick with prop on deca or NPP but Im sure I could.

    ... To answer your question.. yes you can stick with prop. NPP + Prop is one of the most common cutting cycles I use. (most people love this cycle ^^ because there is little, to no, water retention associated with it.)

    If you're going for a bulker I'd do a long estered test + NPP (or deca ... I just don't use deca because it shuts me down for TOO long... alternatively, NPP clears the system almost immediately)

    EQ is terrible imo. But I won't get into that.

    NPP will be less weight then deca, because it doesn't make you hold water-retention (like deca does).

    But you can still definitely use NPP in a bulker, no problem.

    NPP + Var + Prop = a brilliant combo in terms of synergy.

    I need to not use the flash it tends to not look so great.
    Thats the difference also between now and mid july pics
    So far Im down form 18.3% BF to 16.3 % says my digital handheld one.
    I was waking at about 198 before now Im waking about about 193 -194
