Well, I am still alive.
Been a rough few weeks here at the palace. Finals, caught a stomach bug for 3 days, now just getting over it. All of this holiday Christmas stuff and I still need to be on the grind every day. Been way busy, but really it is a good change from just sitting and home and just going to the gym.
GF says, I look straight sauced. I say I need more and it's not working. . . lol
It is, but I am retaining water like the fvcking Titanic. I still eat as clean as possible but my sodium is still over 1k per day.
Still on my Ai, but I am just swelling up. Strength is up nicely though for sure. Hitting the easy curl with like 130+ pounds today.
Here's a current pic. Feeling a little too bloated.

Strength is insane!
First time I hit triple plates on squats. 315 pounds x4 and 225x10
This is amazing, I never hit that kind of weight before. 315 does feel heavy for sure though.

Yeah, but the other issue now is that I am sinking deeper into juicing. I feel like I "must" get bigger. The stomach is what stops me. I eat and I eat then eat some more. Then count it all up and it's barely enough.
We'll see, seeing great results just makes me want more.

Still keeping on water, I can tell for sure. I gained exactly 15 pounds so far as of this morning. My diet is damn clean, but not 100%. I'll have a diet energy drink here and there. And fill in cheat meal calories with Jimmy Johns. This is the most nutritionally correct go out food I have found.
Out of the 15 pounds I have gained. No more than 2-3 pounds is muscle for sure. 1-2 pounds of fat possibly and the rest is water. I am taking my Ai faithfully and I still have mad bloat. Still taking the D-Bol for maybe another week.

Save the dbol my man, 20mg for 4 weeks? Do you not have anymore? Can you not take 40-60mg per day for 6 weeks?
Very low dbol dose and a great test dose, just doesnt make any sense to me.

I am still here, just not as much.
Staring into week 6, I dunno - I don't feel as juiced as I did on my 1st run. Strength seems to be up, but my weight is not budging. Possibly my diet, but I dunno.
So, I went in and got my free test test done. Should be in next week right after Christmas.
If the gear is bunk I am switching to some fire I already have on hand.

Yup, no more D-Bol. I dunno, it really is tough for me to judge. I am gaining solid weight.
This A.M. Was: 216 Lbs. 35" Waist Bi's are right under 17.5" . . . . .Feeling pretty good, but just not like the last run. I just felt pumped 90% of the day with mad pumps. This time, not that much at all. And I am on 30% more sauce than last time.

Well, I am still waiting on my results.
But, I kind of feel it work. At least my strength is straight through the roof.
Benched today, threw up 245 like it was 185. I was just plain surprised, just kept up pushing more.
Measurements today:
Waist, barely under 36< the apple pie did it
Bi's Cold - 17.5"(barely, barely under)
Few hours after the gym - 17.75"

Well, the shit is real and I am feeling it in full effect now. It took over 4 weeks, I am on week 5-6 and it kicked in just maybe 5 days ago. But, now that I know it's legit after getting this blood work. Good shit, pumps for days.
Shoulders today: 90 pound dumbbells x4. That was a lot, that shit felt heavy.
Getting bigger slowly for sure. 219 as of this A.M. Trying to watch my fat, but I still seem fatter. I think it's water mainly from what I can tell.

with short ester prop, maybe yeah. With test e it will take 2 weeks just for your levels to lower because of the long ester.

I was thinking about that. . . What I'm thinking so far: Run this cycle until I hit 225-230 then take a month off. Then start up a 60 day cycle of prop and Tren at a real low dose(i.e. 300mg per week of TA and 300mg a week of prop). A prop and Var 60 day run sounds great too though.

Hit 105 x4 < That to me is nothing short of amazing. Since I am they guy who barely pushed 50's only about 6 years ago.
Hit inclines at 90 per arm x6 then 80's x8 on 3 sets.
Size isn't bad, 219.5 pounds as of this A.M. bi's are right @ 18" after my full chest and tri workout. Waist I am not very impressed with, 36+" < seems like bloat. Since I don't see an overall fat gain, just my midsection seems fuller and bloated.
Trying my best on the diet. The hardest thing to do really, I need tons of clean quality food. The more filler, the more garbage weight I gain along with the LBM I am trying so hard to get.
Almost at the 60 day mark on this cycle, we'll see how I feel in a few weeks.

Shot a bit today: .4cc's of the GenSys 350 and 1cc of Galenika Test Enan. Total of 400mg.
I will drop my dosage down after this to 500-600mg of Test Enan. Then run it until I hit 230 pounds, followed by a cruise on test enan of 200mg a week.
After that get onto a run of prop and . . . . (I am thinking a very low dosage of Tren Ace). The sides don't sound so swell, but I don't want to run another oral again. Or it would be Var and Prop. Which it still might be, but I am leaning more towards the Tren. I would run the TA at 75mg EOD and the prop right under that.

Did chest again today. Hit triple plates for the first time on the smith press. Barely pushed it 3x.

If ur gonna hit the tren after ur cruise u should have no worries with fat or bloat.
