    Damn it, not gaining weight worth a shit. I eat, then I eat then I eat again. AND I still need to eat more, fvck. I pull an easy 3k cal per day and nothing, no fat or muscle.


    Weighing in at 219.5 this AM. < Crap!

    Started HCG at 250iu. I guess I should have started it a while back. But, oh well. I knew nothing about it and didn't really mind the nut shrinkage. But, if it helps the recovery throughout PCT that is a plus for sure since I most likely will push my cycle much longer than originally thought.


    Pinning of the HCG is damn near nothing since it is right in the fat with a tiny slin needle.

    Also got a fat supply of b12. I will start that tomorrow mixed with my sauce.


    I can't see that either will give me a direct help with LBM gain. But, maybe it will throughout some other indirect way.

    Wasnt sure if u meant u were gonna mix ur V-12 with ur oils or hcg ? Not a good idea to mix oil n water in the same pin.

    I mixed it with my test oil today. I was talking to Austin about it, he said totally fine and does it himself that way. I looked into it a bit, it shouldn't give me any problems since both require inter muscular injections.


    But, I know that one is oil and other is water and they don't mix and just look like a lava lamp.

    Why not just take oral b12? My brother took that stuff and said it burned like a mofo - mind you he was injecting it into his triceps lol

    I guess it has to depend on the stuff. I shot each peck yesterday with a 1ml mix of enan and the b12 and nothing. I got zero pip of any form. My gf is busy a lot more nower days so I shot it myself. No biggie, seems way straight forward.

    From what I have heard oral b12 is nothing like the injectable.

    Fvck this no gain shit.


    Dropping my test to a trt dosage starting tomorrow on for 4-6 weeks then getting back on with a higher dosage and another substance.


    Blows to see a weight plateau while trying to gain weight and being on this much test.


    The genetic limit has to be playing some role here. My strength is still great, I couldn't ask for more out of my strength. Yet, my size will just not budge.


    I am really happy with the turn of everything so far except the fact I just stopped growing. Cut, my cardio to half(15 minutes post lifting).

    Why not up your Cals by 500?? If your not it's probably diet related. You've grown substantially so an extra 2 cans of tuna or something should help a lot. You've probably raised your tdee

    I do agree home slice, but my diet is already so heavy.


    I eat like a 300 pounds fat man. . . . So drop the test then try to bump the food even more.

    It is one ability I seem to have so far.


    Dropped my test to 200mg of Enan per week. Still running the HCG @ 250iu 2x a week and b12. Doing the b12 and 200mg of enan mixed in one shot split into 2 spots once per week.

    Ran my #'s for the last 2 weeks: 3500+cal 350+carb 70+fat 300+pro - - - - Trying my best to up my #'s even more.


    I will run this for at least 4 weeks then jump on either a low dosage of test prop and tren ace or something else, but I don't know what yet.

    Weighing in @ 220'5

    Nothing crazy to update or anything. Just thought it was worth to log. Still on the test enan @ 220mg a week along with one ampule of b12(1000iu I think) and 250iu of HCG every 4 days.

    Did chest today and hit 110 pound dumbbells x4 and 105x6. < That is damn good my opinion. I could never even get close to that.

    But, my weight does not budge. I eat a lot and heavy, my meals are 4 @ over 1k cals each.


    I will start the tren sometime soon. Still haven't decided when. . . . . . .

    No size but a strength increase, WTH how one but not the other? Oh well, maybe at the end of this year I'll try for a heavy bulk on some deca .

    How much mass did u gain so far, 10lbs? Plus u lost some body fat. No neg. sides. Breakin all ur personal lifting records. I'd call that a good run!!! Keep up the good work, and stay hungry. I'll be lookin forward to see what the Tren will bring to the game.

    I am lost on what I gained. I originally started at 184, got to 244. Dropped to 196, I was just as lean at 196 as I was at 184 if not leaner. Now, I got to 220'ish and seem to be fatter for sure. I can't really tell how much fatter I am now than I was at 196. I think I will only know when I start cutting.

    I will be using the Tren next on a cut cycle. Straight up my goal is to be anything over 210 and under 13% bf. That would be great, sounds fairly realistic also.

    Kind of rather have size over strength though. From what I am seeing, the biggest guys don't lift that heavy. Just perfect form medium rep at a low weight. I try to incorporate both. Even when I hit the 110's yesterday I still did 90's 10x.

    Don't get me wrong seeing the strength isn't bad at all. Pretty impressive to myself at least. Just makes me laugh when my max bench was 165 about 6-7 years ago.

    We'll see how the Tren works. So many people swear by it. No one I talked to said it was mild in any way.

    You're pretty much on the same page as me. What are you thinking about running as far as compounds lengths and dosages go for tren and test?
    I'm still doing lots of reading about it.
    Tren and mast seem very appealing to me, with a low dose of test.

    Time to get into the meat and potatoes !
    I wouldn't touch deca with a 10 foot pole man... I've heard a lot of bad things...

    Yeah those are about the dosages I was thinking. HRT dose of test.
    I love how you don't really need an AI with tren and mast...

    I've just heard bad things about deca , I'd stick to tren ...

    I eat everything in sight with a high protein value. No pizza, any form of junk food. Just a lot of eggs, chicken, rice and pasta. It's cheap and still serves its purpose.


    Still on a low Enan dosage(200mg per week now) along with b12 and HCG .


    Just waiting to start the TA & Prop cycle.
