    day 2

    backed off on the calories today since i can't walk/work out at least this happened at the very start of my cycle and not when the test is in full swing...

    currently 91 kg

    i just wanna wake up in the morning and feel pain free enough to be able to easily walk to the kitchen, eat, and then do a work out lol.

    quads are tricky!!

    That why a lot of people prefer buttocks and delts.

    lol yea, my next pin imma try and do delts as long as i can keep my hand from shaking... otherwise ill go glutes so i can use 2 hands...

    Delts are pretty good.

    Quads sux because you got 50% chance of hitting nerve and being a cripple for a while!

    If you need a minute because your shanking, you can just let go of the needle for a minute and it will just stay there... I do it now and then and it's fine as long as you don't move around to much. I find delts EASIEST, just a matter of manning up and giving it a shot. I don't think you'll have a problem mr.2.5mL lol

    The pain in the quads will go away and after while you will not feel it. I have not felt PIP in my quads for years and they are my primary site. Don't get caught up in the "hit a nerve" crap! I push in nice and slow and every time I hit a nerve my leg kicks a bit like when the Doc checks your reflexes. I just pull ou and move up or down a but.

    It's such a big muscle that is easy to do and takes high volume, why would anyone take it out of rotation. I have hit mine hundreds of times and NEVER had a problem.

    i think i should be ok with the shaking from now, it was just the 1st time ive ever used a needle on my self thats all..

    im still gonna wait til pin 4 or 5 before i pin my left quad.. just incase lol, i think with steadier hands and only 1ml of gear i should be ok..

    just took my liquidex, i've heard that some people experience some bad side from their AI... not me... need to get a more accurate oral syringe tho.. this 5ml probable isn't the best for measuring .25ml..

    still can't walk.. down to 90 kg lol.. still backing off on the calories until i can work out again

    pain in right quad is decreasing hopefully another 1 or 2 more days and it will be gone..

    going to the gym today, gonna do back, without deadlifts..

    12 hours till next pin (1ml of test cyp), might go with right glute.

    IMHO while u are still using the cyp, just rotate delts and glutes. U get two weeks between ejection spots. Quads are easy to pin yes but pip is much different and not as easy to function with.

    PIP in right delt is still there (not too painful, but can't workout....), quad pain still decreasing, another day or so and i should be pain free

    Monday's injection will be right glute.. im over not being able to workout

    other than that i feel good....

    Work out anyway. I find when i pin delt, I like to hit them same day. That's just me tho. And Bo sense waiting for the pip to be gone, you may be waiting until your off the gear. Some gear just has pip with every shot. Mind if I ask which brand you use?

    It's an Aussie UGL that i find to be rather smooth. Regardless of what you buy, UGL or pharma grade, you'll experience what your going thru now. Best to just push thru it and get it over with. Working out thru the pain helps a bit and like i said before, it will get better each time u revisit the same injection site.

    Unlike your chronic, AAS is a bit more heavy duty stuff. And to be honest looking at your physique, you had no business playing around with the stuff just yet.

    You don't display the physique of a bodybuilder, and by looking for shortcuts you're missing out on some very crucial basic experiences that only come with hard work. You have to forge a character under the iron before you're ready to take it to the next step. Either way good luck since you already started, and I hope you learn what you need to learn by the end of all this.

    What he was trying to say was when you have a higher % of BF you have a much higher chance for sides. I did the same shit so don't sweat it. Ill give you a piece of advice tho... Your diet controls your life at this point. Stay on course with it or you will be flushing your money down the drain my friend! Good luck bro! Ill be watching!!!!

    i know, i should make it noted somewhere that it is highly recommended that you be under 15% ish bf before you start cycling, anything over that and you will have increased risks of sides... each to his own i guess...
    and your right, diet has to be spot on otherwise this will be a waste of not only money but my health and other things too...
