You need to 100% step up your regime i think you should stop pinning as it reads as though something is not going right for you,
if it doesnt feel right then 9 times out of 10 it isnt..
as i said before i wished that you got into better shape before starting
i do however hope that you are ok and it does work out for you,
Keep lifting heavy, Keep diet clean and do regular cardio it will get the heart ready for the extra weight gain.

back workout went well, max dead lift was 175kg (385 lbs) for 2 reps, no strength increases or decreases..
no PIP in right quad, slight pain in right delt, left delts hurts like a mofo
got shoulders tomorow..

Just finished my shoulder workout, went good, the pain from the workout is masking the PIP lol..
Can't wait to workout my legs tomorrow also pin #4 tomorrow... will try right glute..

nearly 2 weeks into your cycle, im interested to know if you feel any effects yet,
are you stronger?, eating more? feling good in general?
im just interested as i might do a short cycle next year when my bf is lower.

this will be my first day of training without PIP since i started
waiting for test to 'kick in' sucks... next time i use a long ester i'll definitely be kick starting...

I'm curious if this is your first cycle, why do you have dbol laying around? let me guess friend bought from you and he left half the bottle at your place? gl on whatever cycle your on.

going to the gym today to do a group class (body pump), i have to do it as part of this fitness course im doing so.. first time ive ever done one of these classes so should be interesting... ill post back tonight on how it went..
