    today's day 30

    and im gaining weight because of all of the food im eating... even if it's bunk gear ill still get to 100 kg easy..

    True week 4 should start feeling it then, if it is bunk you now know how well you can do just from diet alone

    already knew that

    last time i bulked i got to 100 kg, my goal for this cycle was to get there again, but with less bf than when i was there natty, plus the added strength gains...

    I'm curious if you have tried to push yourself yet. Havent read any posts about and failed attempts. Maybe you should be increasing your weight and not waiting for a magical feeling of new strength. Btw, no sides is a good thing I think.... Seriously tho, start slapping on more weight and you'll know what's up. My lifts are on a steady rise only cuz I keep adding and making sure to go beyond my comfort zone.

    i push myself every time im in the gym... no point in doing a half assed workout...

    like yesterday i did back, tried dead lifting 180 kg again... but failed, again... although i did learn yesterday from one of the older guys there, that my technique could use some improvement so...

    but yea, even every other exercise i seem to be stuck on the same weights... idk, ill see how today goes and report back.

    What I've been doing successfully is increase my last lift by 5lbs if I was able to complete 3 sets of 6. Bench went up, deeds have been going up steady, squats going up, curls going up.... Small steps is good when you hit those plateaus... Also do a week of figuring out your 1RM's and another week trying to increase that

    i tried getting some done before i started, my doc just said "im not going to help you kill yourself" ....lol..

    i checked up on one of those source review boards, and the general consensus was that they were g2g..

    even if i go local, i can still get bunk gear.. i can't see the difference...

    ill take some time off, then try again i guess..

    I wouldn't recommend doing this. Find a good brand and source, and THEN stock up. I wouldnt want to be switching between gears only to find out one is good and one is bad and one is strong and the other is blah. Seems like an expensive experiment using a poor choice for guinea pig

    Make sure the source is good to go.

    I suggest training at a few gyms near to you, you will find someone no bother.

    In the meantime never order from overseas they can send you anything its your health not theres, they dont give a shit what happens to you, there just hungry for dollars.

    i highly doubt it's the test, im starting PCT tonight (will only do a week or 2 just incase..)

    ive been stuck on trying to get 180 for sooo long, last week one of the old guys at the gym gave me a few tips and helped me correct my technique.. so i guess i can put it down to proper technique... either way im happy about it
