i push myself every time im in the gym... no point in doing a half assed workout...
like yesterday i did back, tried dead lifting 180 kg again... but failed, again... although i did learn yesterday from one of the older guys there, that my technique could use some improvement so...
but yea, even every other exercise i seem to be stuck on the same weights... idk, ill see how today goes and report back.

i train in the mornings, in the afternoon is when all the 'juice heads' come in lol.. in the mornings i am the biggest and strongest guy in the gym
i checked up on one of those source review boards, and the general consensus was that they were g2g..
even if i go local, i can still get bunk gear.. i can't see the difference...
ill take some time off, then try again i guess..

Make sure the source is good to go.
I suggest training at a few gyms near to you, you will find someone no bother.
In the meantime never order from overseas they can send you anything its your health not theres, they dont give a shit what happens to you, there just hungry for dollars.

i highly doubt it's the test, im starting PCT tonight (will only do a week or 2 just incase..)
ive been stuck on trying to get 180 for sooo long, last week one of the old guys at the gym gave me a few tips and helped me correct my technique.. so i guess i can put it down to proper technique... either way im happy about it
