    ^. That's what I purchased. I haven't run this stack and here's a link to recent thread. Feel free to ask your question on dosage to mike.

    Yohimbine dosing looks high at 3x per day. Especially taking late afternoon. You might also want to split caffeine the dose in half 100 before workout and 100 later in day. I awake early so taking 8 hours later is early afternoon for me.

    I wanted to do a split dose today and they are capsules so I can't. Bummer!

    I have the same issue with my var. it came in capsules. :/ I always forget to ask tablets vs capsules.

    Thanks!! I feel good about it. Everyone on the board helped me get through it! I have to say I was definitely the leanest during my carb cycling phase...3 whopping weeks I made it. LoL

    Although the zero starchy carbs day were less energetic I was the leanest in my stomach by the third day. The last picture I took in the gym locker room was taken during a zero carb day. I can see how doing it for an extended period of time would help with fat loss.
