Not much change this week. I must be leaning out a little more because I have had more people comment about having muscles.
I ran 6.5 miles in a 50 mile relay race (3.6 and 2.7 miles legs) Saturday in 83 degree full sun! It was so it and I'm sore. I don't run more than 2 miles at a time. I think this has effected my workouts yesterday and today.
I've had more ankle soreness lately so I have upped my fish oil. It feels really painful to even speed walk for extended time. I will take measurements again this Friday and hopefully see some changes!
I got a spray tan today...hopefully it will look okay tomorrow.

You can try some Aleve for a week to help with the ankle pain, even some Voltarin rub. My knee was a mess after sitting on a plane for 5 hours then playing beach volleyball the next night. Could hardly walk on it and the shooting pains were crazy. I did some antinflamatories with the rub and it was fine after a couple days.

Food is prepared for this week. I do have a big weekend planned because it is my birthday and I'm going out. I will have to cut calories over all or something because I plan to drink!
I had my measurements done on Friday and I am up 2 inches from the last update which I was down 8.5. The pictures are more motivating than the measurements. My allergies have caused me to be out of it the end of this week and the weekend so my workouts have been mediocre. I took a 30mg amphetamine pill today and it made me feel great and I had a better workout. I am going to take them until my sinuses recover.

Thanks everyone!!! Your positives are making me feel pre-guilt about going out for my birthday Friday night.
I'm hoping my workouts are going to be back up to par tomorrow because I'm starting to feel better. My head cold and allergies left me with nothing to work with at the gym! It has been discouraging because I know I'm close to the end of my cycle.
As I am headed to the end of all this I am trying to find a motivator to keep me I track after I stop. I'm afraid I will lose my progress when I feel like I don't have anything I'm working towards. I mentioned on another post that I was thinking about doing an ECA stack or something. My first thought on a goal is to focus purely on cutting fat now that I have bulked up some.

Don't feel guilty about celebrating your birthday, one day will not ruin months of dedication. The mental break from the grind will do more good than the harm of being off on the diet.

I fell off the rocker! LoL!!! I decided to stop taking Anavar three days ago. I had a week left but I lost the mental side of it so I stopped the pill side too. I am going to start a caffeine stack to try and cut away more of the fat. I am very pleased with the results of muscle growth and strength. I know I will lose some with the added cardio and lowering my weights some. I plan to run a cycle again mid fall.
Summer time is the hardest for me. So many activities and I am not working. The lack of structure is hard. I plan to do my best this summer!
