    Female 29 on Anavar follow my cycle

    October 25 2015
    20 mg a day
    10 mg am & 10 mg pm

    165 weight

    prs-
    deadlift pr 315
    squat pr 185
    bench press pr 155

    workout reg-
    back
    leg
    shoulders
    arms

    alternate abs and sprints days

    mix powerlifting with bodybuilding for supporting muscles

    1st day major headache.
    since then nada.
    frequent urination

    LAST WEEK numbers were: (not on any gear)

    bench 45/10 95/10 115/7 145/4+4+3+3+3 (working on volume... my last pr was a wk prior with 155)
    incline bench 65/10 95/7 115/ 5+5
    decline bench 115/5 155/1 135/3

    dumbbell flat press 45/10 +7
    w/ suerset flat fly 20/ 10+10

    dumbbell incline press 40/6+6
    w/ superset incline fly 20/10+10

    My numbers are slowly increasing or im just being confident bc im on var. but i feel pretty great! im excited to see where I'll be in in a few wks!!

    increased to 20mg am and 20 mg in the pm. I dont have any headaches. my dreams have been stressful since the moment i started but thats about it. I havent been committed to cardio too much. I think i will do 1/2 mile runs in the am just wake up. everyother day. but i am more focused on powerlifting. i weighed yesterday at 168.4. i tell people my weight and they spit their drink out. i dont look that big lol i feel super strong tho. size 8.

    Is this your first var cycle? If so dont get too carried away with increasing the doseage, time and patience (and of course diet) will yield results.

    Hi. More isn't always better. It didn't matter what I dosed, var didn't like me. My body responded much better to primo.

    Some ppl recommend low doses longer cycle. Some prefer high dosages but short cycles.
    Caution on the high dose and long cycle combo. 40mg var is high dose for female.

    I was running higher dose for long cycle. That was not a good combo. I was getting undesirable sides. Hair. Ugh. After spending $$$ for laser hair removal I know have new unwanted hair. My hair line started to be negatively impacted. Thankfully I have a lot of hair.

    How long u plan on running this cycle.

    Thnks for the input! Currently bulking planning on 8wks on. But I might cut back to 10/10 and do 13 wks. You guys freaked me out haha. My body just responds well so I don't really worry about any of it.

    I'll just monitor my time frame and really stick to every 10 hrs Bc right now I've been hitting 12-15 hour gaps

    12 weeks is a long cycle. 8 mid range and 6 is short. Time on time off also comes into play too. When u plan to cycle next?

    Be careful. Body doesn't respond in a few days....it was a compounding effect over time. One day I noticed I was in a little too deep and had to adjust. But the adjust down took longer then anticipated....some girls use pct. I didn't but I had hysterectomy when young so no estrogen rebound. I am easier to cycle bc of no girl parts. I never missed them. Lol

    I will I just finished wk 1. I have enough to do for a yr lol but I'll figure out nxt cycle time frame. I know how the break in between is key. I started my period a wk early. But I had Tubal ligation and it's been playing around with my cycle kinda annoying. My skin is looking good. I've been super careful with facial scrubs and moisturizers hoping I can control it a bit even if it hormonal. Anything helps. The whole voice thing.. I'm from jersey and have a weird voice already lol I honestly wouldn't mind it getting deeper if that's weird whatever.

    Hey Cougar, I didn't read everyone's post in here I did read your and just browsed around. I seen you upped your dose to 40mg. 40mg of Var for a female is quit high. More isnt always better time give it a few weeks to work. Hopefully GGR chimed in I would almost bet she would think it is high also.

    Your username is standard navy blue, females names on here are pink, and you get access to female only forum as well. Once your name is pink you get this access from what i believe.

    Some mobile versions dont show colours, so you might see everyone the same but there lots of different colours on here, monitor/vet/knowledgeable member etc etc

    this is obvious but when cycling you kind of forget the significance of rest days, they are very important, make sure your having a couple days off the gym now and again Cougar, i know when i cycle i sometimes find myself wanting to workout every single day, but it can hinder results. You probably know this but just a kind reminder!

    Most definitely! I do 2/1 or 4/1 depending on my wk. I enjoy my days off haha don't have to tell me twice

    Do you use pre-w/o? Many thermogenesis out there... I don't like the sound of Clen it's very harsh stimulant and has sides I just don't want nor need lol(hand shaking - the crash - and it feels horrible if your affected by strong stimulants)

    ECY(Ephedrine/caffeine/Yohimbine HCL - pulls water from lower extremities and also stubborn areas) the dosing is critical and you'll want to dose this 2x a day but not too late or you'll be up for a while :/ - GGR will be happy to help you on doses as I couldn't do the Yohimbine HCL & ephedrine w/my anxiety issues(can and will make anxiety worse)

    Albuterol is also a much cleaner stim and doesn't give those unwanted sides I was speaking of(just look up the dose in the search box) it will differ from a male but will be individual as well - GL with it - and as GGR mentioned longer cycles at lower doses may have less sides effects while the same could be with a short cycle(but if you began to get sides it's time to drop em and prime yourself for your next run many women do well with lower doses longer cycles(standard)...

    Just an observation - you definitely hit your arms very hard(you don't go to failure do you? - even in a high rep range you can feel out your weights to hit failure at least on 2 sets(I couldn't do anymore than 2 sets at true positive failure then beyond) & what I mean in bold are highlighted ex's that are a different movement but it's working the same muscle head... It looks as though your high volume on your arms(at least - w/as many sets and ex's your doing)... Take a look at the type of training HIT in Marcus' Dungeon!

    Read from the beginning as he was a PL b4 anything and he went to BBing but still implements many PL techniques(B&B - bracing and breathing) etc - I see your intensity is higher than most S/Sing etc - how long are your rest periods in between sets??

    This arm day I had time to waste Bc I had pest people come to house. So I did lower weights than normal so I could do high volume. I normally go heavy enough that I can only do 5 reps and I do 2 sets (in the bodybuilding- the powerlifting lifts are totally different setup)
