no workout. day off.
ok, i went from not eating enough to eating too much...=P waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many carbs today. i had 2 plates of spagetti, 2 plates of chicken jambalya, 3 bowls of cereal, 3 eggo waffles, and lots of garlic bread.

no workout, i still feel terrible...=(
i saw the doctor today about me being sick, but it ended up being about steroids . i decided to tell her about my AAS usage and ask for bloodwork done. she didn't seem concerned at all!! she asked how much longer i'm going to be on them. i said 1-2 more weeks and she casually said "good". she seemed more concerned with my gf's smoking...=P
anyways, all my vitals are good, she recommended fiber pills for my bloody poo thing, and she told me post cycle recovery shouldn't be a problem at all.
somehow we got to talking about rec drugs and she told me how bad X is. she said one time X usage can result in perm brain damage. a girl recently came in who tried X once and now has balance problems. an MRI revealed brain damage. she said coke, meth, heroin and steroids are much less dangerous than X as long as you don't stay on them for too long.

Cool doctor!! My doc's a tightass.... she would barely talk to me after I admitted my AS use. she also said the body takes years to recover from even a small cycle of steroids . She wouldn't prescribe me clomid either. heh.

good leg workout. 10 lbs increase on last set of squats.
diet is pretty good, been eating often in small amounts. i don't know if this is bad, but i stopped giving a **** about my fat intake. all i care about is total caloric intake, enough carbs to fuel my workouts, and 200+ grams of protein.

awesome chest workout. i made significant gains. it musta been the 3-4 days i took off while sick. here are some numbers:
incline bench:
135x8

195x6
flat bench:

225x5
the gains are more reps on the last sets of each exercise.

great back workout. i worked out at my gf's gym with her. deadlifting seemed easier, i got a better than normal back pump when doing pullups, etc. at the end of the workout my back was feeling very fatigued and tight. great soreness followed the two days after...=)
diet is ok. not eating as much meat as i want, but i gotta go with what i can afford. rough idea of diet: tuna sandwich, spagetti, hot dog, sushi, korean bbq beef, and of course protein shakes.

good shoulder workout. there was no barbell shoulder press station, so i had to use the smith machine. got a nice shoulder burn from it...=) we ran outta time cuz she wanted to do yoga, sucks cuz i had rush my upright rows which i wanted to make gains in.
diet not so good today. spagetti a few times, hot dog, sushi, cottage cheese and pineapple, and protein shakes. oh yeah, and some ice cream...>=P

i think we're taking the day off from the gym today.
diet is ****ty so far today: pepperoni roll, fries, jr bacon cheeseburger, chili. prolly gunna finish off the day with spagetti and protein shakes. i need to hit up the store.

Eh, your diet isn't as bad as you think it is, clock. At least you're getting a decent amount of calories and sufficient amount of protein. You can worry about eating food that's more clean when you're off cycle.

no workout. i have a shoulder injury. the top of my left delt (where the delt and bone meet) feels bruised. it hurts when i press on it and hurts like hell when i try to do bench press. i don't know what caused it, i don't remember bumping anything. i remember the pain started maybe a day after i did an injection into it. weird thing is, i could do my shoulder workout with less pain...i.e. i could actually >do< my shoulder workout. i can't do my chest workout cuz it hurts too much...=/
diet is pretty good today: tuna sandwich, cobbler and ice cream, tuna sandwich, and a few protein shakes. i'm going to finish off the day with a bowl of cereal, an egg sandwich, and maybe another tuna sandwich...and of course, more protein shakes.

finished off with machine curls. for triceps, i did cable rope pulldown, reverse cable staightbar pulldown, and skullcrushers.
can i do more weight? yes, but i feel biceps should be worked with higher volumn, less weight. its such a small muscle that if i lift heavy (greater than 85 lbs), they die after one set.
my girlie brought THREE huge party plates of sandwiches from her work...=) good sandwiches, ham/turkey/roast beef with TONS of meat, no mayo, and a few had a tiny piece of cheese.
diet:
12+ finger sandwiches
tuna pita
scrambled eggs
eggo waffles
cliff bar
left over shrimp linguini

i'm kinda dismayed. since i stopped taking the tren , i've lost 5 lbs. as i stand now, i've gained 10 lbs total since the beginning of the cycle. i'm beginning to question the strength/quality of my test prop...=/
also, i need to re-evaluate my diet. i ran outta whey protein like 4 days ago, so thats like 800 cals cut outta my diet right there. i'm going to raise the calorie intake...maybe gain that 5 lbs back...=)

ntpadude, i think you're right about stopping the weight gain after week 8 or so. but i still think your muscles develope shape as long as you're on the AAS. the whole weight gain thing is kinda bogus to me. i've heard from more than one medical doctor that its impossible to put on more than 10 lbs of >actual muscle< a YEAR...even if using AAS. kinda fishy that people make "lbm" gains of like 20 lbs in just a few weeks... anyways, thats great that you are still losing inches off the stomach...congrats...=)
