    Thanks, thanks, Im doing my best. Especially after me and my boy ran 2.5 miles on base (hills can really kick your ass, even if they are gradual), then hit up the gym afterwards with the mass workout. Beasting, even these pants are too big for me now, and vascularity, g-dam....

    I think the question I have it what is my target weight..?? People say i'd look like "a ripped mutha fuka" if i got down to around 275 so i guess that'll be my goal.. (would be nice to get my arms up to around 21-22 though

    yeah, i think if you cut down to that weight u would have a lot more definiton.

    How big are your arms now bigjon? they look at least 21" to me...but i could be wrong. How much do u weigh now?

    not at this height, thats a long distance to travel. As i stated near the beginning of my thread, i had a tumor removed from my left arm which was bone and muscle (osteochondroma for you medical people) that in some positions, would cause me to lose circulation in my left arm (a bad thing if I fell asleep on it in a bad position), and being the fact I'd hate to snap my arm in two, i only can do around 400 or so, i really dont do much flat benching, come to think of it, I dont do any, unless its under a smith machine, i stick to the machine presses, etc. for some reason i can do about 465 on the incline or so, which aint too bad, but by no means at the caliber of some guys up here.

    And on that note, i'm off to eat my baked chicken breasts (2) and brown rice and a nice caesar salad (gotta love those post workout meals)

    465 is damn good though- that's almost 200 pounds on what i can do. Sorry to hear about the tumor, that stuff can suck and of course can be dangerous- my dad had a tumor in his hand not too long ago, got it removed but he could not really use his left hand for awhile

    man, i've already gone today (4:00AM EST), lol, but I was in pain. I twisted my angle yesterday running that freaking 2.5 mile path aroung base. Damn loose gravel and rock. And i had to walk in pain back to my car. Going back later today to work out chest, got a little competition with this dude at the gym. Trying to 10 plate it on the decline

    hey I'm just messing with ya. I am in Aurora Colorado now. I still get up at 4:30 a.m. your time or my old Florida time. I have been here 3 months now and I am not on track yet. Like you I am trying to cut, so I walk 5 miles every day for about a month now. I am also on HRT so I hold water big problem. I had an ex-football player at the gym yesterday tell me I was wide. That hurt. Gotta get a V-taper going. I am impressed with your progress. Keep going. Your pictures are so funny sometimes. U need someone to take them. U are like my older brother except he's got fat legg and he's not working out. Southern Cooking made my whole family big!!!But in the black community that way of eating is the norm.Especially if you have country relatives like I do!!!!

    lol, i didnt think I was, pretty difficult to take a state of the art picture with a camera phone in a limited size bathroom. Trust i know, cutting is a good thing. I wont deceive myself, i see my self every time i take a shower and look in the mirror, i know whats there Thanks for you comments Sage. They only make me work harder to acheive what I want.
