Come to think of it, I dont even know if that was the damaged arm. Actually don't say damaged, it was the arm that I had my surgery on. Nothing was ever damaged in it. I just happened to have a tumor removed from it in the past. Osteochondroma - a tumor composed of bone and muscle.

I met this lady at the YMCA one day that had the same thing. except it was in her foream on one side and the bicep on the other. Eitherway You are making me keep my commitment to mysel to drop down and get more defined. I actually would like to get o 200 by my B-day in Dec. In July I was 280, now I am 264 or 254 give or take some water I hold. I hold water like you wouldn't belive. Last time I experiemented it was more like 12 lbs. Are you getting your measuments taken thru out this? (BF% and tape measures)

Well i normally have a tape measure around to keep track of various measurements and what not. The doc will usually be the person I'll visit to get an accurate count of BF% unless i rely on various scales and other such devices to give me a reading.

    Here's a comparison.

As far as measurements are concerned, im around that 41-42 in the waist on the path to 38. Chest 56, Shoulders (not sure, tape only goes to 60), arms 20/19.5 (wait till they get cut and i build them up to around say 21 or 22). Thigh 31, calf 18.5. My weight is somewhere between 293 and 300. (The gym on base says 293 and the scale at Gold's says 300). Not sure currently about BF % but i know clothes are falling off of me in the mid sections and leg area and getting snug in the chest so I must be doing something right. Running does do the body some good and I can attest to it. Its a long struggle, but this time next year, watch out Ronnie C. LOL

Nice measurements. I was thinking your arms looked a little small but that was only in comparison to your upper body, which is huge! Your arms are also long, probably. I also have 20" guns and mine look small because of the length of my arm.

Good job on the weight loss! Keep it up, bro!

Trust me, they are small to me. I wish so bad they were larger. I'm sure someone my size should easily be sporting a 22" gun....

Like i said, as soon as I get my bodyfat down and trim down a bit, i'll be more than happy to do it. As i said earlier, I really want people to see the change better with before and after side by side. And as we know, cutting isn't an overnight thing..

    hi bud

    received your mail.

Yeah can see a diff bud, looking a bit leaner , looks as if you have lost about 2 - 3 stones or so well done, keep it up. remember what u put in is what you get out, try placing a picture of a body builder or some one physic that you most admire and would like to aim for on your refridgerator as a constint reminder of what your goals are and were u want to be, harden up is they way bud you know that and I am proud to see the effort and dedication you have displayed. cardio will allways assist you, at least 40 min a day { cycle or stair master } and you will deff see vast differance.

Take care big fella, want to see you down at 280 in next updated pictures.

    Godspeed

    BigJon06,

YAH BABY suck it in, just don't exhale you might rip the seams. I was trying on a jacket here in Colorado. A snowboarding jacket that cost like 500. and it was on sale for like 200. but I exhaled and tried to do a lat spread in the mirror, and it ripped. My wife was laughing so hard. They were cool about it but its funny. I still need to find a jacket. XXXL should do it. But I may have to get that custom. Looking good btw. we are suspose to get our first snow. Being in Florida all my life I am freakin. I also opening a gym at 5 a.m. so I am really hatin it. I am up to walking 8 miles now. 4 times a week. I started at 280 in July and am 253 as of saturday. So keep going and stay on point with the diet.
I am going to have to start doing 2 hours of cardio on a piece of equiptment indoors. I have the old I-pod and a PSP2 to keep me entertained that's the hard part.!!!!!

Thought I died? man that's somewhat cruel.... I told you my levels and everything were fine. You said you knew i'd keep at it and you thought i'd died? Sounds contradictory.. Anyways, thanks for the comments, I don't know about the gear though....not really the avenue i'm trying to take...

hey bro. by losing circulation do you mean like you could just be sitting there and your hand goes numb or you even wake up from your hand going numb? let me know b/c if I have what you had I'd like to know more about it. I've had these issues for a few months and ugh i bothers me alot.

I get that numb crap a lot in bed, I think it's from scar tissue inside the anticubital vein from donating plaz.

Well, thankfully, i never woke up numb. It was discovered during routine checks of the doctor. The tumor I had would press against my main veins in my arm which basically kept all the blood from flowing into my arm. Fortunately i rarely would fall asleep on my left side on top of my arm for this to happen. But i have been in situations, such as just stretched out on the couch where basically i didnt feel anything for a brief period of time. Based on where it was, the surgery was very dangerous as it could have resulted in me with a loss of a limb. It was actually operated on by the same surgeoun who operates on the president up in Bethesda. God was definitely on my side. I don't have the prettiest scar, but if i had no arm, i wouldnt have this scar to be thankful for... It's a blessing honestly. So i was only down to 25% of my bone and muscle in my arm...i still had one...
