Well as of now the scale at Golds says 305 so i'm going down. Trying to do this 2-4 miles walking running and 15 miles on the bike every/every other day.

WOW! That is pretty much all I can say!
Nice to hear that you've lost some inches on the waist. Bulk is fine since you are definately a #1 candidate genetically. Although, cuttin the waistline and still gaining pounds is quite possible. Plus, it will make you look twice as big IMO.

A Couple from the gym this morning
Weighed in at 323lb prior to working out
Doing a mass building routine with roughly 10 miles of bike riding 5x a week (35 minutes for the 10 miles)

man, i dont have any genetics, reember my parents are both under 5'10 (dad is 5'9 mom is 5'4 and not muscular at all, and hen here i am around 6'4 and ~315lbs

dam........... i see you are coming along... it does take time but you look great. Don't think about what your doing so much, just do it and you will see the progress.... Make sure you always look at your diet too..
as far as fat burners, i used thermorexin... seemed to work well.. best thing to do is lift correctly and train like an animal including cardio.
