Thanks for the comment, Fellow Ron!

For four weeks out from contest you are looking damn good! What class/division are you competing in?

I think you will hit right on the mark on contest day, and do let us all know how it goes!

    Good luck and keep pumpin!

I plan on doing 3 classes as it stands. The novice, the masters and the light/heavy. I hope I endure.

NPC Palmetto Cup in Columbia SC.

    1) The novice class since I am a first time competitor. After 10 weeks of ketosis it's clear as to why I also enjoyed helping others with their contest- pre instead of competing...lol... I would not have done this show if it had not been for my wife. The guys at the gym begged her to do this thing because her genetics are very good. I knew this thing would be hard on her if I was slurping down carbs so I dieted down with her for support. Aftr a couple of weeks dieting I decided to do the show as well. Aferall, if I am going to diet down this hard I want to show it off. Now i am glad I did. It's been quite a journey and still have almost 3 weeks to go. I love it so far! I may compete again if things go well.

    2) Masters class in 35-50 age group.

    3) Lgt/Hvy class unless I can get some more weight off without losing too much muscle.

    thank you!

    Ronnie

Looking solid my man. If you are open for advice I put in my two cents. Doing 3 classes (especially for your 1st show) is crazy. I did 2 classes for the first time ever last year and NEVER again. I was so drained by the 2 class that going into the 3rd round of comparisons I could barely hold my poses. I have a couple other friends who did 2 classes at the same show and they all say the same thing, never again. If you get lucky and have very small classes they might not work you too hard but if you go 3-4 rounds of comparisons at prejudging you are going to be worthless (and flat) in the last class. More power to you if you can make it happen but I think it's a bit much to try and pull off. Good luck in whatever you choose to do!

I think you are giving me some good advice and it's truly appreciated. I am always open to suggestions. I will probably wait and do the open in my next show. I just found out that my wife is wanting to do the state show 4 weeks from now while she is still cut. This was a shocker! I may have created a monster I cannot tame.

Here's a rear double bicep pose taken from the second show I entered back in june of this year. I just got the pictures in the mail. If you look close you will see veins running all across my mid/upper back! My wife had them as well but wait until you see my wifes hamstrings. I wish I had her legs.

The delts (especially anterior) and biceps are flat out sick looking.
