My Cardio is 20minutes PWO heart rate 70-75% of my MHR and is usually treadmill based unless its leg day then I do the recumbent bike.... I will be increasing my cardio by about 5 minutes every 2 weeks and start carb cycling the end of March.... beyond that I'll make any adjustments as needed seeking a little over 1lb per week of weight loss as I dont want to sacrifice too much muscle...and I have 16 weeks left to cut so I should come in around 250-255 9-10% is my goal...The problem with dropping your calories too much or upping your cardio too much is your body become more efficient and start devouring your lean mass... in otherwords it become counter productive and if your cooking off 2 pounds a week natty then your at the higher end of the spectrum for weight loss unless your morbidly obese...

Ok... quick update... Bodyweight 272lbs.... Noticing a huge difference in my physique.... And tomorrow I'm going to start macro cycling...Looking like this

Carbed up yesterday and I feel great.... weighed in at 275 this morning... probably seeing a supersaturation of glycogen/water I feel good and look better... Prolly post some pics around june/july..... maybe sooner if I look good

Calipered myself 3 times twice using the 3 point method and once using the 7 point... Bodyfat averages at 15.8% but how accurate is the caliper anyway.... 270.5lbs currently....

Ok monday I'm going to add 10 minutes of cardio so I'll be doing 30 minutes 5 times a week and I'm going to decrease my carbs by 50grams a day....

Thanks bro... ya I'm trying to take it easy this time... I have a habit of dieting way too hard off the bat..... torching off muscle with the fat and making the diet a complete failure... so this time I'm trying to pace myself nice and slowly.... Decided to start cycle on Monday couldn't wait anymore...

nice cycle. im on 50mg tren a ed and its just starting to kick in
how do you like that t3/t4 mix? i saw it but was worried cause the t3 is so low.

I like it cause its cheap comes in pill form as a pharma... Its right around the natural ratio your body maintains....I think its important to achieve this... and It works really well in other words when I'm talking 2 of em and I'm at 33.4mcg of T3 thats more then a replacement dosage alone so my metabolisms in high gear then with the T4 in my system if I'm dieting hard my body might reduce the conversion ratio so say that 150mcg turns into 25-40mcg of T3 that pust me around 60-70mcgs but no matter the conversion ratio I'll never be under 35mcg T3 and I'll never be over 75mcg... thats my rational....and who the hell am I?

DUDE i do interval work outs that kick my ass. i'll turn the trendmill all the way up to 13 and sprint for 15 seconds and walk for 45, and keep repeating that. for some reason that gets me everytime.

On a side not again... the cake was horrible and I feel sick... lol.... but I did cut out 50g of carbs and 25g of fat from the rest of my diet in hopes to compensate some what

Starting in 2 days.... good thing is I'll be rockin with it by friday... all short ester stuff...... I am really excited as I'm now about 15-16% BF and the tren /test/t3 is like a blow torch with the right diet/cardio routine add the winni and you have a space rocket cookin the fat off ya...

Ok guys I made some minor changes just want to keep you guys privy to those.... I upped my PWO Cardio from 18minutes+3minute cooldown to 24minutes + 3 minute cooldown and changed my diet to

Alright goddamn it I wasnt going to this but fuk it here are some updates this is exactly 4 weeks later 28 days into my diet.... currently When I caliper myself I'm getting a reading around 15.5%.... I noticed a slight amount of bloat for the beginning of the cycle and I'm currently 271lbs...On a side not I know I need to shave and tan but I'm fkin lazy...I'll get to it...

Hey Quick question guys.. want to see what the consensus is... Currently consuming 3-4 servings of carrots a day.... I know they are the highest in sugar... do you think I should switch over to all green veggies...(doing about 2-3 servings of greens a day right now)... or do you think its a moot point as 9% is my BF goal and no less...
