70mg of prop ED
.4mg of Letro ED
50.1mcg of T3 and 225mcg of T4
dropped everything else..... my cut is going to end June 8th and I'll be taking a week off to let my body rest and bulking for 2 weeks after that PCT will start on... the 29th of june and last through july.... I'll see if I cant put on some weight between august and january natty.... (lean though I wanna keep my bodyfat in the low teens) and I'll be running a bulker january 1 through mid april...

Nice pics brotha. I'm doing pretty much the same damn thing. I'm 5'9" was 243-247, now I'm 233 and pretty fn tight. I want to get tighter though. It's been a long time since I've said to myself, "I wanna cut up." I'm usually never interested in that. I would like to cut to 5-8 then bulk it up again. I've been doin' the no beer ever thing, pretty fn limited calories thing, and it is really workin to this point. My strength has gone down a bit which is inevitable, but I'm still pretty good. We'll see. But with you, lookin' good! You could probably get shredded and still weigh in fairly heavy. You did a nice job with your physique.

Thanks guys appreciate the feedback... I actually dropped 5lbs of water weight since those pics I look alot better..... and as for looking bigger I was able to bully some growth out of my weakest body parts (chest and triceps) and bring them up while dieting..... everything seems to be coming together just right..... and I might actually extend the cut another week... I've been toying with the idea today

Just so you guys know I made some adjustments...
I bumped the test to 600mg EW and I bumped my yohimbine HCL dosage by 10mg ED from 16-26mg as I read a study where the most effective daily dosage was .2-.3mg/KG for weight loss or 21.82-32.73mg ED as I now weigh 240lbs this morning or 109.09KG.....

That's really cool. I'm at 229 now, down from 243-246, or whatever the hell I said LOL. I'm moving pretty rapidly. I'm not afraid to lose fast because I know what's underneath. You look great. My strength has gone down, but not much. My goals are probably similar to yours, I wanna get very lean. I also still want to be able to do sets of 8-10 with 405 squat, at least one set at my lowest bf, and also still be able to throw around 315 on the bench. We'll see. Either way, I'm enjoying myself. I added in cardio. The last 3 days I ran two miles. Good luck, I'm sure you'll keep it up, lookin' great.

Started doing some extra cardio sessions at night on the weekends.... getting decently lean just pissed cause I have a little fat left on my lower abs and gluts/inner thigh.... oh well another 2 weeks and I'll see where I'm at
Oh and 235lbs as of this morning...

Awesome. Man.....you really stuck with it. Keep it goin'. that is hard work man. I was 227 this morning. I'm diggin the running thing. I used to run 5 miles a day while in the military. I stopped, because I didn't want it to hinder my gains. Since I'm on a quest to drop bodyfat, bringing the running back in has been very fun. Three miles seems to be fun for me. Today I almost ran four but didn't feel the need to. I don't know if I did it right but I just tried to attach a pic of me before cutting, just a little one, so you know I'm not a thread parrot LOL. I'll keep it up for a little bit. I was 243-248 in it. My weight fluxed. I'm not even gonna measure my bf until I get the look I want. When I have it, I'll know it, and I'll get the measurements. Good luck! Sorry if I hogged too much, definately not my intensions.

A change I forgot to post I believe about 10 days ago I noticed I was losing bodyweight very quickly so I upped my fat intake on noncarbup days to 125g from peanutbutter which changes my other macros giving me roughly 350 extra calories a day.... also I increased my test prop to 600mg EW from 350mg EW and changed tuesday to a very low carb day same as saturday with all the carbs of the day being roughly 30-35g... based on these changes my bodyweight loss has come to almost a halt but my bodyfat loss has accelerated... the peanut butter is consumed solely at night 2 small spoon fulls with meal 6 and the other few servings throughout the night.
Current bodyweight as of this morning 236lbs bodyfat as per 3 point method... 7.9%

Damnit DSM I told you you have another 10-17 days to go depending if I decide to cut for an extra week... but I'm excited I spent the day trying to reduce my food costs and I found a local meat distributor that sells 40lb cases of chicken breast boneless skinless for $75 thats $1.875 a pound...reduces my food costs about $70 a month....

I'm impressed because you also have nice size to go with it. Anyone can be cut. But not everyone can be big and cut, which is exactly what you're gonna be soulstealer.
