Great progress dude! Congratulations on your gains; keep it up... I'm checking out your diet, as I'm trying to implement a better diet regime.

Ur diet seem to be fair and ok... you got some feedback already from more experienced/advanced users so just do as they suggest. Personally though, I notice that you can make better food choices but if what you've been doing has worked, just implementing Nova's suggestion should help you on getting even better results.

9am Protein shake
11am Steak or chicken breast with broccoli & rice
1pm tuna sandwich & another 2 boiled eggs
2pm pre workout - 2 scoops whey and bannana
4pm post workout - 4 scoops why and 2 egg whites

thanks, i know its now much improvment but i just want to be sure im on the correct path.
I did my first run wensday for the first time in around 8-9weeks. Was only 4miles and to be honest i felt a lot fitter than i thought i would be. Although i didnt time my run so it was probably poor compared to my previous times "i use to run 4/5times a week 6-10miles".
Next update will be in a month time.

Here is another update, this time its been around 3mths since my last photos. I'm now around 13st 6lbs. Put around 3 or 4lbs on since last pictures. Defiantly stronger in the gym.
My diet as similar to previous post however i put a typo, i have a tin of tuna instead of the 3rd shake.
Please comment willingly, also what is my BF% at a guess?
Thanks
-
12-09-2008, 05:27 PM #14
Maybe a bit bigger, but the BF% is pretty much the same. -/+ 2%.

I was thinking around that figure so i wasnt too far out. Thanks again
thanks dude, i train hard when i am in the gym and i eat like a horse. My old man was into training and was a real lump. Just wish i was those few inches taller like him but i suppose everyone thinks that. cheers again mate, hopefully my next update will be with me past 14stone.
Cheers bro, from boxing to weights my body has really taken to it. Especially the food, i always put weight on easy and for once i can eat lots. The main thing i have brought with me from boxing days that is helping me is my commitment to eating decent food. But boy do i miss the ring.
14stone here i come

I have been reading so much on here and i always found it interesting to see how the body can be shaped. So taking pictures every month or 2 is something i look forward too.
Thanks dude, its taking its time but i am enjoying myself which is all that matters. My goal is to reach 196lbs so i am eating and training to reach this. My BF% is still remaining pretty close although i expect a bit more. My jogging must be keeping it where it is.
Again appreciate it lads, not a massive difference but the amount i am learning from you guys on here is crazy.

great progress so far, just to confirm..are you all natural?
cus if you are (which i think you are) it shows all the lazy people on here what can be done with hard work, diet and rest,
keep up the good work...maybe we have another perfect beast thread in our midst.

04-17-2009, 06:05 AM #34
thanks man
Hey thanks for nice comments, all natural. I use Protein shake after each workout. Creatine and glutamine and lots of effort in diet.
I do have some Havoc which i will use in a month or two. I also have Test-E and dbol for a cycle but this wont be for at least another 8-12mths.
But for now all natural with diet the focus

Update,
Currently 193lbs. this is my morning weight as soon as i wake before any drink etc.
Currently running Hdrol cycle which i am seeing good strength gains.
My current diet is HERE
What do you all think, i have come a long way in terms of strength. here are 2 i exercises i have noticed a good increase.
Bench 100kg 8 reps, then drop to 90kg and do 8 more reps for 3 more sets.
Deadlift, 150kg 8reps 4sets.
I know my BF% is probably around 14% and this is the heaviest i have ever been
Thoughts please??
-
I will tell you this bro, you've come a long way, man your looking big..
With your workout try and do it the other way round lol. Do 8reps at 90kg x2 then go 6 at 100kg and then 4 at 110kg, imo its better to work up that way. I do it that way and every week i can add small amounts of weight, then before you know it you'll be doing 160kg for 8 reps...
But you should be feeling really good bro, great work...

Mad MAtt,Tigershark & The Deuce.
Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. My legs have gained some size as these have been my focus since i was told i needed to work them a while back. Matt i will do as you have said regards the lifting.
I am in this for the long run, i am 100% dedicated I get told i am looking in great shape by some mates and people i have not seen since i boxed are SHOCKED. I mean i have gained nearly 19kg since i stopped boxing.
For now i live training/eating. I am addicted to the entire aspect of it all
Thanks again..
