    Im bulking now. Getting up to 100kg slowly slowly. Planning on ripping in may, so i'll be lean but larger this summer. Abomb dabbling hasn
    t been working. Using proviron with Anapolon is counterproductive for those enourmous weight gains + no water retention. (could be a plus though) I'll post pics then to see the difference. Hope I can accomplish it. Im eating everything in site at the moment. It's fun but can be hard too. cutting is so much easier.

    LMFAO! It all depends on your point of view! Anyway glad the bulk is going well. I assume you are watching the diet even tho u r eating evertything in site? my last bulk I wasn't careful enuf and the cut has been hard.

    Anyways good that you're at it - can't wait to see the pics. BTW caber is cabaser or caberoline - for prolactin buil;dup - It's recommended with deca and some other bulkers.

    lookin fing jacked bro!!! and the gyno is not that noticable but i see what your saying about when you know its there it is all you think about and gets ya down...but just try and reverse it before having to go under the knife and good luck man...your lookin SWOLE!!!

    Looking good bro, I have/had the same problem with putting on side. I'm 6' so about your height and always a slow gainer.

    I was 6' and 185 for a LONG time, would get in the 190's from time to time, but it never stayed on.

    I'm 226 now, but not as lean as I'm use too, but can still lean up to 210.

    I think 500 carbs is fine, you don't need more. Over all calories and high protein worked better for me for bulking.

    I'm eating 3775 cals, 363 Protein, 300 carbs and about 85gs fat a day right now.

    Look into running H.I.T work outs, they are quick and bulk you. Concentrate on your bigger core lifts. I don't even work abs right now. Instead of doing 5 different chest exercices, I focus on my heavy presses.

    As far as cardio.....you don't need to cut it out. Do low intensity cardio, just make sure your heart rate is in the 130's/140's so you don't burn muscle. If you are running with your heart rate at 180, that would be a problem. Nothing wrong with keeping the cardio on par while bulking though.

    As many have pointed is gyno.... I am currently putting together my first cycle.... I have found basically everything I need to know... Except.. Gyno.. Like in this guys situation... What can you do? I have all my necessary pct coming in. But For insance this guy said it happened on a cycle in 2002.

    gyno doesnt look too bad if you ask me man.
    if your that concerned give a shot with the letro for a reversal.
    did it and it reduced for me big time.
