I really hate my body. Im more of an ectomorph and it's so hard to gain more size (even on an average 4000cal/day diet) which im desperately after. I find it so easy to cut up (cardio does wonders) but to actually bulk and increase weight is a nightmare that's getting to me. I suppose stepping on the scales 2-3 times a week isn't helping either.

The damn camera makes those weird white patches. It's time to get a new one.

Im currently 5'll and approx 182lbs. I consume about 300-350g protein/day, carb cycle by eatubg 400-500g carbs day 1, 200-300g carbs day 2 and about 100g day 3 and then back again. Fat is usually at around 80-100g/day.

Any advice, critique on what to bring up (everything; more or less I giess) would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I didn't post the wheels. Next time I suppose.
