    11:30 am 2 scoops whey 2 tbsp pb
    Weighed in At 241 down 4 lbs this week. Lions clen is the shit
    1:30 8 ounces chicken
    Legs shoulders forearms( litte rest fast pace.)
    3:40 pm 2 scoops of whey
    60 min cardio
    5:40 bag of jerky and a can of tuna with free mayo and hot sauce yummy

    7:40 pm 2 cans tuna with free mayo and hot sauce

    9:40 pm same as above

    damn man thats too much weight for my preference. sacraficing a lot more than your bf. and to me it seems you are NOT eating enough.

    Thanks for your input I agree hope it's just water and fat. Anyone else have any input on this ?

    Ok sat will make 3 weeks. This is what todays day looked like 12:30 8 ounces chicken and a spinache salad with itialian dressing
    3:15 8 ounces of chicken 2 tbsp of pb
    Back day
    4:30 2 scoops of whey
    6:30 pm 6 ounces of pork loin and spinache leafs
    60 min cardio
    10 pm 3 oz pork loin 2 tbsp pb on banana

    I'm not sure how often to take update pics ? Maybe week 5? What's everyones thoughts

    Thought I would let everyone know that I'm three weeks in tomorrow and I'm to the level of cometment that if feel bad for missing a work out or run. I'm currently running prop
    and tren and vascularty is picking up in the traps and shoulders 8 more weeks I'll look great. Can't wait to show off update picks

    little update

    Here is yesterday. Im sitting at 245 but feel like I'm getting leaner. Let me know what you think ?

    8/28/09
    ECA
    9:00am 10 whites 1egg some veggies

    11:00am two piece of wheat 6 oz turkey greens. 2 tbsp of low cal ranch two pieces of pepper Jack cheese
    Eca
    2:10 pm 43 g of almonds
    3:30 pwo 1 scoop whey
    Extremly tires from 3 hours sleep no cardio today strict diet only
    5:30 8 ounces baked fish lots of broccoli
    60 min cardio run 7 min walk 3
    245lbs
    9 pm 6 oz steak 2 oz fish
    11 pm 8 ounces chicken lots of veggies and 2 tbsp pb

    you need to toss that PB or cut it way back. maybe 1 tbs a day. That shit slows down your system. Eat some yams with your chicken

    I have added ECA stack for the two weeks while off clen and Im just watching the fat dropp off. I feel like shlt though lol low carbs is not for me. This morning I was 242lbs post pics in two weeks or so stay tuned. Oh and I finally fig out that for me I cant do cheat meals bc If I do them once a week I want them twice a week and the desire keeps growing.

    that's because you hardly have any EFAs in your diet.

    up your healthy fats so you body has an energy source.

    you'll feel better, and the fat will drop quicker

    Looks like your making good progress, and like the old saying goes if its not broke dont fix it, if your making progress keep doing what your doing. BUT with all honesty your diet is not on point and you definetly sould like your determined to reach your goals so with that being said personally I would get your diet in check and your results would imo be even greater, i dont think you ever posted macros.

    In your last few posts you mentioned no carbs, no carb diets are great but they are not for everyone.

    I can't do "no carb" diets I feel like crap all day, Ill do low carbs (-200 a day)but for me its far too difficult during training sessions. Keep up the hard work your hard work will pay off.

    Progress is coming along nicely, 215 is still a very good goal and it's gonna take more than 15 lbs to get a r i p p e d look. Your body seems to progress nicely when you do what you are supposed to be doing. No need whatsoever for cheat meals. Stick to your cardio schedule and nut up on the diet. You are still holding quite a bit of fat and water, dont get yourself worked up if the number on the scale starts showing less than what you want it to.

    Thanks fire guy agree with everything when u say nut up are you saying get crazy strict or eat more nuts for hood fats? I have done much better with no cheat meals bc urges are going away. My gf is taking this hard lol she loves to eat horrible food and wants me to join in as well ha

    Sorry about the "nut up" confusion. I meant stop with the cheats and stay strict, you have quite a bit of potential and hate to see your hard work not be rewarded to it's fullest. The GF thing is a tough one, thank god my wife competes as well, makes life so much easier.

    Nice work dude. You are doing what I want to! I'm at 207 14% and i wan to get to 225 10% so i can cut back to 215 8% Great work on the diet - that's tough w/ the gf... my wife is the same way - cream sauce on pasta, peach pie - it's killin me!

    Im starting to think Im over training. I feel like shit come thursday because of working each muscle group twice a week and on low cals with work and school. Anyone think I should twicth to working each group once a week? Im strongly considering it

    why not try it mate.........if your feeling down your prob overtraining.....swap it up and see how you feel........thats what id do anyway.........plus training one muscle group a day is great......

    I fig high volume, mon-chest, tue-shoulders, wen-arms, thursday-back, fri-legs. Going to do empty am cardio every morning. May up to twice a day just a coulple days of the week.

    Awsome dude - that's great progress! u still on the ECA stack or clen ? i am going to do a clen/Tc cycle in the next few weeks to cut some BF - hope it works - last time I wasn't too impressed, but I think I underdosed it. Sure wasn't "magic" like they claim on the clen site - Hahahahaha - guess i should have known that from all the ads in M&F! - they never say "unretouched" photos... guess I'm just a sukkah!


    Keep it up dude - I'll be watching. BTW - looks like you put some good size on your traps and shoulders - doubt that much of that is fat!

    Yea that sounds like a good plan. Man I was killin myself when I did back and legs on same day!!!! imagine that one ha. I dont think a person could eat enough food to have energy for that
