Hey Man;
Haven't checked yor thread in a while - but looks like u are doing well at 229 - looking very thick and solid although some body Fat. I'd say you are doing well w/ the training - you need to just work on the diet and cardio. i bet if you dropped out 500 cals a day 6 days a week and did 30-45 mins cardio, you'd strip away the fat and get to 210. Just mak3e sure u don't do it too drastically or you'll loose muscle too. Good job, dude!

thanks Bullet. My legs and hips is where all my body weight is hahaha. They were only 28 inch last time I measured them. They grow fast upper body not so much.

Hahaha I had to laugh out loud! I got caught flexing my bi's in the lo ker room at the gym last week by a big guy- I just did an arm workout so of course I felt like jay cutler.... felt uber stoopid/ vain! At least he was not a regular!

update and suggestions??
so I'm wanting to run winny at possibly up to 75 mg a day (oral) if I can handle that. and test e as well. I want to run test e at a very low dose. I'm thinking 200 -250 to avoid the bloat... Up to 350 maybe I'm going to have to experiment let me know what ya think. Here is an updated pic and man I have made leaps and bounds since feburary...

Bastard! Your abs are popping even in that lousy picture! LOL - good work man. Watch the carbs - if youre a carb junkie like me! Watch out for the winny - it's hard on your livver - take liver supps with it if you do that. If you want it to lean out - I'd say go for tren Ace instead with the test E for lean gains. You also might try a cycle or 2 of clen /T3 or an ECA stack. You'll sweat like a stuck pig, but sure won't retain water or gain fat. Also look into Adex (anti estrogen) to limit water weight gain. def take some anti-estrogen with that stack.
Take HCG too with the test so your nuts dont shut down - that would be bad with a low dose 'cause low natty test would kill the test E advantage.
Having said all that - u sure u want to go to the dark side - looks like u r doing most excellent natty.... Good luck bro, let me know what u decide.
