Yeah, I actually started at 20, and kept it there for 3 weeks until I bumped to 30. Just listen to your body. The back pumps are coming, trust me.... As far as abs...well, if you're bulking, then I wouldn't worry too much. I threw in some ab movements after my workouts a couple days a week to keep them fresh, but other than that they got plenty of work on the compound movements like squats.

Today's Diet:
7:30: 20 mg Superdrol and all the Supplements
7:30- 4 eggs
8:00-9:00- Bi's/Tri's Workout ( Went good ) No side effects yet
10:00- Protein shake/ Oat Bar
12:00- chicken and turkey Sand on weat with Must./apple
2:00- protein Bar
4:00- Chicken Breast Sand on Wheat with must./ pickle and fruit cup
7:00- Can of tuna with mustard and Wild RIce
1-2 Gal of water Ed also
How does this sound?
I am also trying to lose a little bit of fat

I'd spread the SD dosages out 6-8 hours....10mg at 0730, then 10 more in the afternoon.

use this to bulk and cut the fat off when you are done. don't restrict your calories and try to do both at once...you won't be happy with the results on either side
you are already up and running, so get big, then get cut!

I took 10mg first thing in the morning, and then 10 more pre-workout. When I bumped to 30, added 10 more before. Didn't affect my sleep at all.

ya....sound good..for morning...throw a whole egg in there too , try doubling that meat on that sammich..>! dinner,, swith that tuna for a slab of beef!!! drain that fat tho...drasitcally, or use a 4man..! switch it up for sum fish, they got bags of about 10fish at frys, along with bags of chicken breast and beefpatties, good for quick protein intake. like 7bux. as for carbs....that 630 oatmeal can be switched to plain pasta or sumthing..IMO help out you supernutritionist'

also....try mixing a can or 2 of tuna with a chicken breast and 2cups of rice, 2 1/2 cups skim milk, 2 cups water, all together.......insta pro/carb meal!

Oh yeah, please add in some protein with your pre-WO oatmeal, I think you'll like the difference. Congrats on the gians. Keep reviewing your diet so you can see if/where you need to make adjustments. Weight your chicken also, and your steak for that matter, when you get some. And yes, get some steak. Flank and top sirloin are my favorites. If you've got Costco you'll save some cash because steak can be rather expensive.

Day 10
I feel more energetic and can feel the gains starting. It feels so good to finally feel it working and seeing my muscles getting bigger! I can not wait for workout tonight and will let u know the stats after the workout... I am still on 20 mg a day and next week i will bump to 30mg ( which i expect big result next week)

If you want a natural cure for back pumps eat lots of bananas. And drink plenty of water. I dont know if your taking supporting supps or not but make sure you do!!! It will help you during and after the cycle. Good Luck bro.

keep us posted!!!!!! my fav workiout on shoulders is using dumbells and sitting down on straight bench with back support piece........start dbells under your seat, and bring em up shoulder length or higher....ahhhh i love it

when i did my cycle it was only 10,20.20.20
and i had really good gains.
hope you dont hurt yourself taking that much sd

Sorry everyone i had to go to LA on a bussiness trip and just got back... but the good news is i have steadly been taking superdrol still at 20mg a day and have been in the gym working out hardcore. I am starting to get a little sides, like cramping. Next week is my 30mg week and that is going to be the shit!
I am at 187 pounds now and i can tell that my workouts are getting more itense. I love it! I don't even want to leave the gym.
Good news: I starting pounding food like crazy, i think the superdrol is making me eat like crazy! I am always hungery. I work from 8:30 till 6:00 everyday so my posts 9 times out of ten will be at night. That was i can give my weight and my gains. Today is Chest workout and can not wait!!! I will post pics tonight
Congrat's Boxing bean on your start...
Tell us how u will be taking it and what u will be eating and if u have any pics post them so we can do a before and after.
