    Yeah, I actually started at 20, and kept it there for 3 weeks until I bumped to 30. Just listen to your body. The back pumps are coming, trust me.... As far as abs...well, if you're bulking, then I wouldn't worry too much. I threw in some ab movements after my workouts a couple days a week to keep them fresh, but other than that they got plenty of work on the compound movements like squats.

    7:30: 20 mg Superdrol and all the Supplements
    7:30- 4 eggs
    8:00-9:00- Bi's/Tri's Workout ( Went good ) No side effects yet
    10:00- Protein shake/ Oat Bar
    12:00- chicken and turkey Sand on weat with Must./apple
    2:00- protein Bar
    4:00- Chicken Breast Sand on Wheat with must./ pickle and fruit cup
    7:00- Can of tuna with mustard and Wild RIce

    you need more fats imo, in the form preferably of EFA's...ie: natty pb, flax oil, olive oil...etc...try to throw in a couple pro/fat meals in there

    You need more carbs in your diet. SD depletes carbs. Meal 1 should have some oats and maybe add a whole egg or 2. This is your pre workout, you need energy. Your PWO should be 15 mins after you workout. Try 40g of whey and 80g of dex. Get rid of the protein bars and replace with real foods. This seems like no calories. honestly this diet looks like shit for what you are trying to acomplish. DIET EXPERTS HELP PLEASE!

    I'd spread the SD dosages out 6-8 hours....10mg at 0730, then 10 more in the afternoon.

    i agree SD has a 6 hour half-life its best to split it up...also on a side note if your goals were to "get huge" on thsi cycle, its best to start eating man, ur diet doesnt look bad but if you want to really start putting on the weight you gotta up the calories. JMO

    very true...diet in any AAS is the most important thing, especially in pct

    use this to bulk and cut the fat off when you are done. don't restrict your calories and try to do both at once...you won't be happy with the results on either side

    you are already up and running, so get big, then get cut!

    YOUR BASE WAS OK, WHAT I DID WAS ADDED MORE CARBS IN YOUR AM AND TOOK SOME OUT OF THE LAST TWO MEALS OF THE DAY AND PUT IN SOME FATS. I WOULD ALSO ADVISE THE USE OF FISH OR FLAX OIL AT 1TBS PER DAY.

    IF YOU ARE ON SD FOCUS MORE ON GAINING. I TOOK IT AND MY BODYFAT STAYED THE SAME WITH A 12LB GAIN. IF YOU TRY TO LOSE FAT THEN YOU WILL NOT MAKE AS GOOD GAINS.

    CALORIES SHOULD BE AROUND 3000- 3500 WITH 250-300 G PROTEIN, 250- 300G CARBS (MOSTLY MORNING AND POST WORKOUT) AND THE REST IN FATS ABOUT 80 - 90 GRAMS.

    Sorry it's been a while everyone, with Memorial Day weekend and all it's been really hard on me this weekend. You know what, you all are so right about my diet. See the first time i took superdrol i got really bloated and gained some fat, but i also gained a little muscle too. So this time i was going to try to cut out almost all my fat intake and watch what i eat to try to get ripped at the same time. You know what **** that! AS far as the L-Taurine i was going to wait till i starting feeling some side effects. Should i start taking it right now? Also most of workout's are going to be at 7:30 at night because of how my work schedule is. I took 10mg at 8:00 this morning and 10mg at 1:00 today. Should i spread apart more? ALso if i take it too late will that affect my sleep? Will post pics and diet tonight.. Although i have to tell ya i cheated over the weekend and ate like crazy! I need alot of help...

    I took 10mg first thing in the morning, and then 10 more pre-workout. When I bumped to 30, added 10 more before. Didn't affect my sleep at all.

    1) You need to put up how many ounces you're eating of protein/carbs per serving so you can more accuratley cout how many grams of protein/carbs you're eating.
    2) 6 egg whites=21g. of protein....WOO HOOO! Man up and start eating 10-12 for starters.
    3) You need to ditch all the protein powder and bars and start eating more chicken and steak if you want muscle. Tuna's more suitable for cutting IMO, but it's also cheap, so whatever, you just might need to eat more of it when you do for caloric reasons.
    4) WTF are you eating oatmeal alone for? Don't you know you'll get a better response if you added some protein with it? Yes, a shake would be acceptable at this time.
    5) Personally, I'd keep the shakes to when you wake up, pre/post workout and before you go to bed, and even then I'd also eat some cottage cheese.

I can't stress enough how important it is to measure your food in ounces so you can calculate your macronutrients profile later, or whenever you want.     You need carbs in the diet to bulk up, period.

    Hey man no disrespect at all, i am very new to this and i have to learn somehow. I appreciate your critisism, and your right, if i want bulk i have to adjust my diet for it. So what would u recomend just throw in some cottage cheese and a few Steaks? Also take the oatmeal and mix it in my protein in the morning with the eggs? Someone tol me that your body can only take in 40g of protein every 2 hours so would that be too much protein?
    6 egg whites= 21g

    ya....sound good..for morning...throw a whole egg in there too , try doubling that meat on that sammich..>! dinner,, swith that tuna for a slab of beef!!! drain that fat tho...drasitcally, or use a 4man..! switch it up for sum fish, they got bags of about 10fish at frys, along with bags of chicken breast and beefpatties, good for quick protein intake. like 7bux. as for carbs....that 630 oatmeal can be switched to plain pasta or sumthing..IMO help out you supernutritionist'

    also....try mixing a can or 2 of tuna with a chicken breast and 2cups of rice, 2 1/2 cups skim milk, 2 cups water, all together.......insta pro/carb meal!


    you should worry about your fat sheddin after the SD cycle....from the looks of your pics...your "fat" you mite have can be a good thing for now..

    Day 8 ( Out of 35 days )

    Weight: 186.5 ( up two pounds )
    Bench : 265 pounds ( 1 rep ) Up 5 pounds

    Notes: I am up to 20mg a day and still feel no side effects, execpt for slight aggresion ( nothing serious though ) I worked out arm's yesterday but my wrists are starting to hurt. It may be from Wakeboarding over the weekend. I am working out hardcore in the gym and i notice a little bloating also. I have not starterd cardio yet, but am thinking about it today. I wish i had some more gains by now, but my diet was messed up and also my workouts. I hope now that everything is good that i will see massive gains by next week.

    I don't personally count protein from carb sources as a viable option for protein, but that's me. It's just an extra kick. I'd rather eat a few more egg whites or maybe even a whole egg instead and get a little bit of fats. I've heard aboiut the 40g./hr. deal but I don't buy it. Are you believing that Coleman and Culter, and all the other top pro's eat 40g. of protein when they're tring to bulk? I'm not saying it's wrong, I just don't buy that specific of a number for everyone is correct. Anyway, cottage cheese and some sugar free yogurt are a quick addition to breakfast or where ever. I have it the morning with my egg whites and pancakes.

    One thing I don't like about the structe of your daily routine and diet is that you're not eating enough after you workout, IMO, I'd eat at least one more time. Also, if you continue to work out in the PM as opposed to the AM, you're still gonnna need carbs PWO and PPWO, IMO. If you can workout earlier in the evening that would be even better, then you could ditch the carbs your last meal rather then having to stay up later to eat more, and include carbs. BF accumilation should be mitigated by AM cardio if you were doing that. If not, I would start.

    I personally workout in the morning because I work swing shift, or at least used to. I love working out in the morning, and I would reccomend it if your work schedule allows it. Later AM is what I mean, by morning also, 10am'ish. Just eat a few times before you go. At least once, I do twice. Just something to think about.

    Oh yeah, please add in some protein with your pre-WO oatmeal, I think you'll like the difference. Congrats on the gians. Keep reviewing your diet so you can see if/where you need to make adjustments. Weight your chicken also, and your steak for that matter, when you get some. And yes, get some steak. Flank and top sirloin are my favorites. If you've got Costco you'll save some cash because steak can be rather expensive.

    I feel more energetic and can feel the gains starting. It feels so good to finally feel it working and seeing my muscles getting bigger! I can not wait for workout tonight and will let u know the stats after the workout... I am still on 20 mg a day and next week i will bump to 30mg ( which i expect big result next week)

    If you want a natural cure for back pumps eat lots of bananas. And drink plenty of water. I dont know if your taking supporting supps or not but make sure you do!!! It will help you during and after the cycle. Good Luck bro.

    keep us posted!!!!!! my fav workiout on shoulders is using dumbells and sitting down on straight bench with back support piece........start dbells under your seat, and bring em up shoulder length or higher....ahhhh i love it

    also....how goes the sides???

    Sorry everyone i had to go to LA on a bussiness trip and just got back... but the good news is i have steadly been taking superdrol still at 20mg a day and have been in the gym working out hardcore. I am starting to get a little sides, like cramping. Next week is my 30mg week and that is going to be the shit!

    I am at 187 pounds now and i can tell that my workouts are getting more itense. I love it! I don't even want to leave the gym.

    Good news: I starting pounding food like crazy, i think the superdrol is making me eat like crazy! I am always hungery. I work from 8:30 till 6:00 everyday so my posts 9 times out of ten will be at night. That was i can give my weight and my gains. Today is Chest workout and can not wait!!! I will post pics tonight

    Congrat's Boxing bean on your start...

    Tell us how u will be taking it and what u will be eating and if u have any pics post them so we can do a before and after.
