look at it this way, if you do start to develop sides from only 500mg then you just wasted taking 500mg ED. Taking 3 grams will make sure you don't get any those sides. better safe then sorry.

Someone from GNC told me that Red yeast Rice was actually bad for u too take unless you have heart problems. Anyone know anything about this?

i would take it because i stopped taking it for a couple days and i noticed sometimes my heart would start beating out of control.it was scary but once i started taking it agian it never happened

I also heard the same thing about red yeast rice. It's only meant to be used for ppl who already have high cholestrol levels. Take a product called Censor. I used it. It not only maintains a healthy cholestoral level but also supports stubborn fat loss. Same price also. Check it out.

man i make my lunch sammiches with a FAT 48g protein CHICKEN breast, and 8pieces of turkey slapped on top for 10g protein, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard on a those big OAT WHEAT breads and then a salad and a protein yogurt at 14g protein......GOD DAM THATS GOOD EATIN....
dinner, YA 2 boneless chuck steaks, protein shake, 2 potatoes BOMB!!!!!!! oh n how could i forget.........FRIJOLES!!!!!!!

Notes: As you can see my weight is not going up as much as it did the first two weeks so.. I am still taking 30mg a day and i am not noticing the sides much anymore. I am debating on moving up to 40mg a day. What do you all think?

Are you eating enough? My personal advice is no more than 20mgs for anyone under 200 pounds...
Just my 2 cents.
