fast metabloism are great to be honest you ever cut on a slow one its like the worst hting ever...did i use a slow one as excuse to not get cut hell no dedication is key

I used to be kinda skinny and I ate crap all day (beer and pizza), I'm 5'10" and was 158lbs. I started to work out, ate right, and I'm now 185lbs. Its really do-able to eat more/right, its the people that are fat and have to eat less and run more that have the hard time IMO.

exactly i was a fat person and i much rather eat right and big then less...i hate cardio
