Just bought this stuff and I should have searched this stuff but kind of bought it on impulse, anyone have any feedback how best to use this, its 5 grams per serving and so today I took 5 gram post workout and about to take 5 g before I go to bed.. Any feedback i've decided to stay natty so all I am doing is taking creatine/whey protein/ and multi vitamin sport pack from GNC.. Also eating like a horse Thanks
