    how can i contact an admin?

    this guy yesterday made a thread saying who are the aussies here?
    so the aussies reply.
    he pms me saying what area you live in?
    i tell him then he replyes you know any good source?

    so the fvcker was using me didnt want to get to know me.

    anyway he got shit of me since i dont take gear and have no idea about them hahaha.

    just go to your user cp type in *admin* or #admin# and forward your message or just tell them what is going on...Well you have to put send message before you do that..

    I had a weak leg day today. I'm bummed. On the 4th sets of squats, my head felt like it was gonna burst. So I bailed. Now I'm pissed.

    Just wasn't feeling it man. Legs are always rough, but I never get headaches. Felt like a migraine was coming on, so I decided do leave it alone today. Feeling better now, physically. But really pissed that I cut out early.

    yeah very.
    i eat about six times a day, when i was like that.
    trained extremely heavey weights.
    and slept about 10:30, 11:00 every night.

    meals would go like this.
    massive bowl of oats,6 egg whites.
    train.
    protein shake.
    tuna with pide
    breast chcken,rice
    then last 2 meals, what ever i like.
    but solid meals not another protein.

    only if i dont have food.
