damnit guys, i just called the lab at the clinic in town and the lady said i need my primary doctor to order the free test/estrogen labs done...

but i can't do that, if he knew i was taking gear, he wouldn't prescribe me my current prescription medications

plus i can't have any of that on insurance

One of the doctors should be your trusted doc. And you should pay him. And all the other stuff get in under insurance.

What i will do, cos this new meds are a ripp off. Brand new pills. they are about 2€ EACH ONE and gotta take 2 every day.
I'll take the prescription to public insurance and make that idiot doc prescribe me a public insurance prescription.

My shrink has known me for so many years...he is my trusted doc.

then you should go and pay for the blood test to be done.
Go to some clinic. Say i want a blood test done, wanna know my test levels.
You pay and thats all. All they want is your money.
oh and ofcourse don't pay them to read the results. Just take the papers and read them yourself of give them to your other doc.

them go to any other doc, pay him, get the stupid request. It sucks having to pay though. But i tell ya, the whole "we need a request" its just how the health industry works, money money money.

But here just get the analysis paper full of boxes, write the name of any doc your know. And thats all. labs don't even pay attention. more work=more money.

reading and analysis doesn't requiere any knowledge.
at the right side you'll she the "healthy" level of any thing. If you are in between them its all good.
Most of them now a day come with a "*" if anything is not good. Its an automatic procedure.

but i'm saying, i don't have a doctor to request the labs to be done...i only planned on paying like maybe 150 or so to have it done...but now i'd have to find a doc? how do i do that, or what do i say to him or what do i do with that?

look like us bureocracy is different than here.
Here if you ask a private doc for an analysis he can't deny it.
You don't even have to give a reason as that is considered private.
What you do is:
find any doc (just get any doc, go to any clinic, ask for an appointmente with a doc)
tell him you want you test checked
If he says why, just say "cos i'd feel more calmed if i knew. i've always had hormonal imbalance since i was a kid" (just make up some shit, they know its bs, they just don't care).
Make sure you get out of there with the paper and thats all.
Go to the lab.
