Im doing good peeps, how y'alls doing, although I think ive got a kidney infection, which is a bummer. I was intending to start my cycle next monday, but might have to put it off another week now. Oh well no big deal. At least its back day 2day!!! :

What I believe is a good back work out is one thing for the lower back which would be some sort of deads, or back extension machine
2 exercises for lat width
and 2 for back thickness
anymore and you end up overtraining and going backwards

the close grip angled row is in replacement of the t-bar
and reverse pull downs - as in my palms are facing the other way and i pull the bar to my chest. works lower lats well. which i really need to hit cuz im so tall my lower lats are hard to work
and i superset my p ups with rack pulls usually
and.... i dont need anything else in there...
not everyone likes to over train like you do buddy

injects at the moment are only 1.75 and they still are gay.....i can't walk....
granted i injected the left one in a different place this time due to my fear of exploding oil but.....the right one hurts like hell too....and i can't be physically forced to skimp on cardio because of injection sites

you'd be surprised how far you can push it. i'm not saying more volume at all, no way, just a suggestion on how to go about the back workout
no point in doing exercises for fun and just spin your wheels ya know. unless working out is just an outlet and no progression is really what you want

i hope so. its cool you do what you feel is right for you. if you feel like your workouts is benefiting you and you have been making progression then just keep doing it. but if your going backwards, like going from 240 to 215 same bf% then you might need to start listening to people..... I hope you aren't training with the amount of volume you do while in PCT and off cycle that would be a retard move
