    You probably havn't reach ketosis yet....when you do you shouldn't be grouchy anymore, cause you're body won't even be looking for carbs. Give it a couple days, at first it's hectic though.

    how long it take to get into ketosis and what do you think the min amount of carbs a day you can take in and still go into ketosis i doubt its 0, im not sure i could eat a whole days meals without a single carb, lowest i can go is about 20

    on average about three days, for some people a little longer. if your relying on those keto sticks to tell you you should know they are known for me horribly innacurate. not sure how many carbs you can get away id imagine everyone is diff.
