    That's pretty sick man. I'm fat and unjuiced and suck, I used to be able to press 125's for 7/8, but now I mostly focus on incline and my flat bench sucks, just not used to the movement as much. I'm inclining 105's for 10 reps though, or I was before I got strep throat and didn't eat much or lift for a week.

    the I'd suggest egg whites, fish oil, oats and continue you on as you planned maybe tack on a bit of cardio at the end of your weigh sessions.

    its all about form.... we pound diet so much into peoples minds around here i think we skip over the most important aspect of shaping ourselves. Lee Haney you to stick to 70-90lb db rows, Kai does no more than 120-130. Vic does like 180. I need to correct my own form in those as I can slam out the 160s for 15 reps and for me it feels like it works it but..... i think i could get more mind muscle connection going for better growth


    With out training you do nothing, without diet you are nothing....

    Sounds good man, I can do all of that except the bcaa's during cardio, I have no leucine or bcaa powder just some pills I have....Only supplements I have right now are whey, creatine, CLA (got it free), fish oil, aaaand that's bout it. Is it really bad news to be empty stomached with no bcaa for cardio?

    For sure man, couldn't agree more. I honestly lift relatively "light" in comparison to people smaller than me. For instance, dude who are 160 in the gym are lifting weight not TOO much less than me, but I am all about form and mind muscle connection and I think that's why, although I don't look great now, I look better all the time and they look the same.

    i think you'd be fine but take your BCAA's to feel better
