Is a salad of just lettuce with olive oil okay? Like throw a chicken breast or fish on it? I guess not fish and olive oil is that too much fat?

honestly it is true won't make that much of a difference....
its just what i do and recommend to the people i hang around and or train....
there is more to it then just these few questions if you really wanted to dial it in
We'd need to know how you are cutting and where your kcals are currently, what your current diet looks like, where your cardio is, weight training, you could carb cycling etc etc

you should get you a detailed diet.
I mean run you a good diet and the t3/clen /keto combo i recommended for that girl
empty stomach cardio, lay out a weight training plan, detailed diet and then you'd be huge.
for me I do detail my diet i get approximate when lean bulking of how kcals, protein, carbs, fats. I generally reach around the amount i get and don't worry if i go over a bit or under a bit. Of course its only by a few grams as for me my diets can be a pain in the ass with trying to get the meals, calories, gram amounts with the foods i get all to match out perfect. But it seems to be working i guess i improve by the day....

no tren , lowered trt test dose and I hadn't done the incline dumbbells in weeks and was still able to press out the 150s 6x today

to be honest, I know exact cals and everything is important, but I find more benefit from cutting off carbs certain times at the day, using pro/carb pro/fat meals than total cals. Even though I am not gonna roll keto, Palumbo's diet has nothing to do with total cals it's pretty much universal across the board for everyone, but tweaked slightly for his personal clients after awhile.
I think the morning cardio will do the biggest affect, how you long you thinking? I'm thinking bout doing this tomorrow
Wake up, pop some BCAA's
45/1 hour low intensity cardio
Either 5 whole eggs/2 eggs 6 whites and 60 g oats
8 oz chicken breast 3/4 cup brown rice
Weights
then PWO shake, 45/hour later another pro/carb meal then pro/fat for the rest of day?
