oh not much just watching some Mike Metzer training videos so I can get better in the gym
you know Lee Haney stuck to 70-90lb dumbbells when doing dumbbell rows.....
Kai Green sticks to no more than 120lb
and they both have huge backs
i gotta work on my form cause I'll bang out the 160s 15 times which I do feel in my back but i need more strap usage, less forearm grip, more stretch, better contraction hold.... etc etc....
gotta keep on working and learning....
