    okydoky youll prob flame my age but i plan on competing in powerlifting at the highest level.

    18 ill be 19 in march

    training exp. sence like 12
    weight about..210 atm put on some water weight recently
    bf%idk im nota fat powerlifter but not ripped either abs are visible veins in my lats and quads if that means anything

    lifts i posted them earlier in this thread if you wanna have a look

    cycle exp.-first was test prop 75mgED ran pct etc no sides


    2nd was prop-deca deca fvcked me up with sides at like week 6 so tossed it

    3rd test e and dbol test 750 a week--

    4th-current gram of sust started with var and currently on drol i have a few weeks left i have it in my log book

    i know this isnt detailed but i figured youd get the idea if you want a more detailed post ill post one later tonight if youd like

    I'd slow down personally... Learn to gain more of lower doses. I've personally never taken over 1500mgs of combined gear and have done has many cycles as you, Also no GH, t3, clen etc for comp prep. Probably don't believe me but its true.

    Your young don't burn out all your options so early.... your prime will be in your 30s....

    thanks for the advise reed...so maybe just another test cycle...this will be in the winter time btw...thanks for the reply

    Last offseason got 250 on 700mg of test and 50mg of dbol

    Contest prep my highest doses at one point were

    50mg of prop ed
    50mg of tren ed
    100mg of winstrol ed

    thanks yeah at that time i was getting in with the wrong people. Couple people all about high doses, saying shit like "if all else fails bump your dose". Razor ripped and dumbass like that who look like shit. Got my head on straight now and have actually lowered my doses.

    I mean granted at the elite level you'll have to take it to mega dosing of GH, anabolics etc. But I wanna take it as far as possible on as little as possible.

    I just stick to test around 350-700mgs (lower it IMO, bet you'll still grow if your diet and training is on point) and a oral for next cycle. fvck with tren in a couple years. Don't get antsy you'll thank me later

    I wish more people would read this, especially the beginners who think more gear subtitues for less food and poor training...

    I just came off my heaviest cycle (4th overall) and I took the test all the way up to 600/wk.

    nothing wrong with test bro, my first was just over 400/wk, 2nd was 500/wk, 3rd cycle was 250 test with 350 trenA and my last one was my highest test @ 600. Im not huge, but I topped out at 237lbs and im only 5'9.
