    Was working today and for got my 2nd meal (9:30) . So guess what happened at lunch? Had to eat them both. Ahhhh Never forget to eat your meals at the appropriate time.

    How are you gettin all those cals down not on gear..i dont know what else to say but im impressed. IM only on mantainence right now of about 2700 cals. Any more and I would get fat prolly. And will be priming here soon and go down to 1700 cals. Plus im sick so it will be interesting to see where Im at after this is over...I hate being sick
