Contest starts 01sept13 and ends 01jan13

All pictures and stats do on 01jan13. Not a day before. Not a day after.

Scoring will be based on a minimum body weight of 225lbs with a lowest bf% you can achieve.

you already at that weight so I dont know what to do about that

You only lose points if you don't make weighT I believe. There is a scoring breakdown somewhere

The point is to make the 225 goal. I do not think anyone is expecting 225@8% but 225 at the best you can look.
Ares is closer yes. But he will be starting pct in nov I believe so can he hold his gains.

I dont see why you would lose point though, am I missing something, if I come it at say 215 at 10% and cape comes in at 225 at 6%, he should get more points than me because hes bigger and leaner, but I dont see why I / anyone else would lose points not making weight at 225. Its just might not happen is all Im saying..

This is also what confused me...sorry guys I didnt sleep last night, that NYC stack had me buzzing and have not been in this thread as much as you guys, ive been trying to focus on my training and diet. Ill re read everything so im caught up. But IM jelly of cape and ares already

Doesn't really matter to me but these old timers are going to be shittered off a beer and a half on new years eve and coming with their B game when it's posing time the next day.

Haha don't get to down man, I am stuck at 222... I think all this " I never have had to worry about my diet" is finally catching up to me. Never kept track of my calories so I believe I'm not eating enough. At least this contest has thought me a few things about actually learning about dieting. And remember I'm 6'2 so when your 225 you will look way bigger then I will so I have to get up around 235
