Hasn't been easy but yea. One saddlebag was loaded with protein bars, oats, hard boiled eggs and weight gain shakes. Knocking out 1500+ meals stopping at diners and grabbing full rotisserie chickens at supermarkets. Back home tomorrow and back on heaps of chicken breast and mountains of brown rice.

He's halfway through his cycle as I understand it. So by January he should be shrunk down a bit from pct and we all know how hard it is to cut while recovering and hold onto muscle. Plus he's tall so 225 at 6'2 doesn't look as big as 225 at 5'10 especially when were not doing a side by side comparison.

6 eggs, 4 piece of bacon, 3 pieces of "Daves killer bread" (the shit) and 2 cups of milk. Nice little 1200 calorie breakfast. Since Ive started my current bulk it seems I'm farting every 5 minutes. The gf doesn't seem to find it as amusing as I do for some reason.
