I guess it depends on what model you have. Mine is Italian so extra virgin olive oil.

9 days boys till kick off of The 1st Pumpkin Classic. Can you feel it? Can you smell the testosterone , deca , var, dbol , tren , primo and mast in the air.Not to mention peptides, growth and slin. Another fall is upon us. Ahh the approximately 250 chicken breast I will eat between now and then. The 600 cups of rice. And some 60 lbs red meat. 1500 egg whites with 120 cups of Oats. I'm not. We have had this discussion before. Noobs don't need to see that amount of cycle dosages.
I just showed my diet basically. There will be potatoes and broccoli and green beans. High blood meds high cholesterol meds and a daily vitamin. It's not rocket science. You weigh more you eat more and more. Maybe a post workout shake. I stay away from them most of the time.

Maybe just in general terms... who will be using a single or 2 compound stack and in sane doses? Who will be using multiple compounds and in astronomical doses? Who will not use tren ?...
