    I highly doubt they left escape routes from the cabin...sniper teams would be in place and all exits covered. The fire may have easily been started by a smoke grenade or flash bang!

    The fact that 4 cops have been shot means that the hostage becomes colateral damage at this point and all measures would be used to avoid suspect from fleeing!

    Sadly I understand the rationale behind this decision, but at the same time under this rationale why not drop an A bomb or two in the middle east just to be sure you end anyone with ties to the 9/11 attacks.

    Who determines the value of an innocent life? I know in a concealed carry situation you are responsible for your round and what it hits, why no allowances for collateral damage in this type of situation?

    What's sad is the wasted lives it takes for someone to pay attention if this guy was telling the truth. More than likely- it is true and its just another cover up. Dude didn't just go through all that and then resort to this for nothing......
