Week 5
Moderately heavy training this week to insure no injuries.

Knee is mostly healed so I don't have to walk like DSM after a sucksessful Friday night...

Talk about embarrassing... Dan actually got me riled up enough that I went and ran through the arm routine that I build specifically for this contest... I must say, after this workout, Im convinced that I have never done a real arm routine in my life.
