    Sorry for my lack of input on this thread.

    Good to see the updates coming. Some excellent progress being made, and a lot of hard work being put in.
    If only all contestants were as consistent.

    Is powerstroke even gym? My think not!

    Still got my money on Cape, with Nach putting in a great finish.

    I think if I entered now, I could probably cut and beat PowerStroker like a school girl.

    The abs are gonna be a crucial part to the finish I think.... Cape and I have different body types... but It sure is fun and the motivation is awesome! Couldn't be happier after 5wks back after 4months with zero weights lol - it'll be a fight and that's all that matters is that we're pushing one another like we are!!

    Maybe... most improved could be bigger or more cut. It depends on which way you want to go. I'm not working abs just FYI.

    Attachment 167339Attachment 167340 cold no flex. My triceps are becoming more pronounced. Silabolin will get full credit for them as I had reached a dead spot with them.

I've cut 41 lbs in 15 weeks before. I've got years of muscle memory that is remembering what to do. Good luck.

    Lol four months of lifting bud. I will mash you. You think you know what work is? Baaahaaaa! I have done more work with a shovel than you have all your years in a gym. You wouldn't know intensity if it bit you in the ass though it never has. You couldnt fill my workload if you tried for the ownership of your soul.

    You think lifting to failure on an hit program that takes an hour is hard or takes will and mindset? It takes an hour max. Five kids, two jobs, and a lazy fuck wife takes willpower. Digging holes in Missouri ground, with a shovel, for years and turning yourself into a fucking legend for your intensity, that takes willpower. Moving an 80,000 lb tree from over a house, alone in one day, takes willpower. Weight training is a hobby you do on the side and its a mere stress reliever. Getting better than you ever were wouldnt take jack compared to what I have done and gone through. If you spent one damn day working with my ass you would be crying like a bitch. I would be ripping your ass like any of generation Y ever paired with me to work. Willpower is not something I have a shortage of. The mindset I have is I would rather die than fail. I dont fail nancy.
