my BMI is over 30 . I'm considered obese even though I'm 11% body fat (and have a 29"waist)
for bodybuilding its your FFMI that is more important

It’s amazing what proper form can help achieve. Finally got to spend a couple of days training with an old friend from school who I’ve been advising on diet and training online for a few months now. He had been complaining of his shoulder hurting and his bench being stuck. I had him bench and it quickly became apparent what was happening.
I had him start putting his scaps “in his back pockets”, keep his wrists straight, engage the lats to pull the elbows in, and pay attention to his bar path.
Normally, he would start getting the shoulder pain in set two. This time? Full bench workout, including flat, incline and dumbbell; no shoulder niggles and all of the fire was in his chest. He even noticed that he was failing early on his later accessory work, because he had actually worked the shit out of his chest on the bench, instead of offloading onto the shoulders too much.

Later I was trimming my pubes and she heard the buzzing and came to the door yelling at me, "Wtf are you shaving now?! Whats left?!"
I had been silently worried that she was gonna bitch so I yelled "I'M SHAVING MY BALLS AND PECKER! DO I TELL YOU HOW TO DO YOUR HAIR!? BACK OFF!"
I was actually pissed at the time but it was funny as hell.

Threw neck and upper back out last night. Went to a new chiropractor with girlfriend. She found it quickly
popped me more times than I have vertebrae. Still stiff and sore but much better.
Like chiropractors, good bargain.

Ankle still fucked. No legs calves...
Getting pissed. Doing chest and back early with my son.
I could turn that boy into a beast if I had him all the time. He initiates every workout, wants me to buy him weights to take to his mothers, which I will do to piss her off after screaming steroids in court the other day.
Life is good right now, fucked up ankle and all. Coffee preworkout because I dont have anything that doesn't contain creatine and so I hear that is bad for slin use and the two counteract eachother.

this is good to hear (no I'm not talking about pissing out your ass).. if slin is keeping your strength that means your utilizing it very well and really up taking glucose into muscle glycogen. you should be full and pumped in the gym and recovering well.
when shit goes bad you'll know to tone it down (spill over into the intestines, get watery , strength goes down., you feel out of shape and cardio sucks) <-- not likely with moderate slin use, but just saying

No more sick stomach, did not eat so I could clean out, took advantage by eating ephedrine all day with atenolol. figured it was a good way to drop some fat/water. Recouped today with slin x3. Worked great, full and strong again. Ankle still being a twat. Got good tight wrap on it, gonna keep it that way for a week. I believe attempting squats the other day set me back, frustrated but trying to be smart about it.

I don't see any one way only guys obs. This is what's great about this place many different opinions. Just like when you see some guys saying pros do this pros do that. Know what you mean. I bout puked yesterday at the gym, thinking I'm gonna have to lay off the eca for a little bit. Just started back Monday, but I started tren cycle last week, and it's always rough on my stomach and heartburn for the first few weeks or so. Gonna concentrate on muscle for a little while, and just eat clean. Need to give my skin a little time to tighten up, hopefully
