Diet change;
Meal 1: 300ml 1,5% milk, 50g whey, 1tbsp flaxseed oil, 50g peanut butter OR 1 banana
Meal 2: 50-g kale or spinach, 200g chicken breast, 30g pesto, 1 tbsp olive oil, 30g feta cheese, 30g sun-dried tomatoes, 50g green lentils
Meal 3: 300ml 1,5% milk, 50g whey, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 avocado OR 50g PB, 1 banana if workout
Meal 4: 250g Greek yogurt, 50g walnuts, 1tbsp honey
For days with squats/deads or if I feel I need more cals I switch up meal 2 with 100g flour 150g cheeses 50g charcuteries and the carbs increase a little but cals 500 fiber down starch up.

Tonight's workout;
Machine pulldown 70*16,14,12
Seated cable row v handle 85*12,12,12
Db curl 20*12,8,8
Was suppose to train yesterday but had to poop too many times and it was already 12 am so I went home. Tried new gym today, same gym chain, impressive investments but for fools. No positive difference in training except for maybe more freshness in the sir due to 50m ceiling. Bad (and way too few) plates at the wrong sizes can't deadlift there.

You know what... Couch and Tarmyg would make a good couple. Couch is going to be pitching though.

Can’t wait until this is over!!! The diet is making me crazy!! I actually add some more carbs back in because I could barely function at work... but I think when this is over I will be taking a week off from the gym. Haven’t had one since June and I feel like my body is so mangled right now I’m crawling to the finish line.
I’m also thinking of starting my own log. Like a reverse competition thread. Maybe I will loosen up on the diet.... eat as much as I want (I usually can’t over eat anyways) and eat more of what I want... if I wanna to go out to dinner 3 times a week I’ll do it, if they guys are getting pizza for lunch one day maybe I’ll go with them. No more being hungry all the time.
My starting pics would be my finish picture from here, I’ll post about what I’m eating/how I’m feeling as I go and at the end post up some pictures to maybe prove to myself and others that your body can survive with a super strict diet.

I have happened to see ladyboys in Nana plaza so hot it made me think twice, literally manga cartoon lookalikes, yet would still not bang em. You'd never get any of mine not even the tip. At best you can look for fap material since that's what you are probably doing all this for, while shooting much more tren than you can handle, running around yapping how some day you'll be huge on 5g tren and 270/200 BP.
