    Yeah I'm just thinking that this way will make it quick and easy, judges just post the placings and we sum them up. Quick and easy.

    I hated those shots. But they worked. A really hot female PT worked with me on back stretching exercises and lifting form and that ended up being my cure.

    Yeah my blood pressure was 170/91, it normally runs 112/75. I misunderstood them originally about the surgery. If this works I will get what is called nerve ablation. Should not put me out more than a few days.

    That is some pain! I would be asking the doctor for heavy drugs. I try to fight through the pain due to pain meds make it impossible for me to take a piss, but that high of BP you are in some pain brother. Hope you heal up well. I have heard great things about nerve ablation.

    I took two oxycodenes last night, that may have something to do with it. I mis typed earlier, it's normally 112/65 not 75. Yeah I'm excited hoping this works and the nerve ablation works.

    Alright ladies, figured I'd give y'all a fair heads up. I've pretty much doubled my food intake, will stay this way till comp start. I predict I'll put on at least ten pounds, dirty bulking but I don't care, more room for "improvement"...

    I tried one of those spin classes. Fuck that BS. I was medically cleared to go workout again on July 31 and started back at the gym on August 1 and tried to do the normal workouts I used to with less weight. No endurance and motivation was shit. Wife talked me into going to a "girls" class aka group fitness on September 19. I was over 258 lbs and now I am holding around 220 and around 15-16% body fat according to that inbody machine.

    I have been going to BodyCombat and BodyPump by Les Miles as well as Turbo Kick by Beachbody and a few of the insanity classes. They are all free at my gym. You can look them up on YouTube but those are older classes. I do love the music mixes they have to workout too. Most of the time I am the only male in the class. Those girls kick my ass! Who the fuck does 500 reps squats and 200 lunges with light weights for a workout? Women do! It has helped with my cardio, form and confidence. I just can't get up on the treadmill to walk or run. YAWN.

    I have lost a ton of weight doing this and my strength has come way up. I was coming off that injury and then an illness that had me in bed for about a year. Hot women in yoga pants and fat girls kicking my ass gave me a ton of motivation. Now I am doing 2 classes back to back on M and W and one class on T T. then I get in a workout with weights before each class as well as ab workout. I am spent after the classes and ready to eat, shower and go to bed.

    I can say that all the women at the gym know my name and are always talking to me. They try to get me to bring more guys into the classes especially if they are single. If you want to meet women go to a few classes and they will come talk to you.

    If I can get a steady lifting partner I will jump in this compitetion and cut down on my cardio classes. Even if I have to get up and meet them at 0530. Was planning a cycle for Febuary but I could move it up.
