Just going to throw this out there and get your thoughts. There are a lot of competitors. Not everyone will be going in the same direction. If there was a bulk class , cut class and a recomp class everyone in their class would be judged on the same parameters. It my be harder to judge a guy who cut to 6% bf to a guy that added 30 lbs. Just my thoughts.

We got some really good judges, I think they'll be able to judge it fairly. They know it's harder to add muscle than to lose fat. But I'm good with what everyone else wants to do

I'd ask the competitors and see if you have enough people in each class. We can't have obs on the side lines he needs to enter for sure lol

What about the guy who adds 15lbs muscle and loses 15lbs fat? 1+1 equals 2 here IMO. For me it is easy to lose fat when I have lots of it and it is harder to gain 15 and lose 15 than to just lose 30lbs fat. Not necessarily the case for everyone never been anyone else to know for sure LOL. Though if you guys want it , sure

Awesome, I was gonna ask when that interview was gonna happen. Remember when the olympics came to Atlanta ga, and Alan Jackson Jeff foxworthy had a song called the games that the red necks play. ugl, peptide, or research chem places is all I've ever used . if I want to test out a new peptide source then Melanotan is one of the first compounds I'll buy to see if its legit source of other peptides. the constant boners and easy tan are sides you can't fake or mentally trick yourself into

hmmm, I would like to see what others are thinking. Other than getting a hydrostatic test, what the best judge of BF %? Bio-electrical Impedance machines brand? Us older guys have more fat around organs so thought this would be a good place to ask. Happy to get one pre and post, I know my gym has the InBody 230 but a few places around town have other ones that are free to use if you take a tour of their gym.

I am sure that I will be in for the motivation. If I drop out it will be due to work in remote areas and will have to go natty and do cross training (not cross fit fuckers) due to lack of an available gym. Hell, in July I never would have dreamed I would be saying this. Glad I found my way back to this site.
