Anyone know what (3) 2x8x12’s screwed together to make a T beam weigh?
Me either but I got one end on the ladder. Worked the other end up 7 ft and into the hanger. Then up the ladder and got the other end in the hanger. The things we do for our kids. Lol

These pigs rape you on test strips! Fuggin dollar each! I thought I was doing good, found a meter with blue tooth and shiz for 20 something...
$130 later I have all my emergency glucose, meter, strips, lancets, lancing device, and I understand why my diabetic buddy is always bitching about how expensive it is.
Buddy also lifted and ran his slin high for an extra bump. I got to see him with low sugar and know what behavior to look for.
Telling girlfiend if I look dizzy or act drunk to start shoveling carbs into me and hit me with glucose paste and tabs.
Will be keeping log in my thread. Gonna map natural glucose and start tomorrow @ 5iu.

I would get with someone that is an expert on using this for training. Easy to mess up and kill yourself or end on as a diabetic for the rest of your life. IMHO it is not worth it but good luck and keep a log. It is always better to do less than more with that shit.

Low sugar ain't no joke. I have measured mine as low as 42, felt like I was gonna die. Blurry vision, extreme dizziness, cold sweats, zero energy, the shakes and so on.

I did one in 1988. Diet meant don’t eat and just used amino acids as supplements. I do not count this so really I have been competing for 5 years. I guess that I am a late bloomer. Still have not mastered how to win first place. This year I am going to try a NPC event. We will see how it goes.
I am nothing like BG. As a matter of fact, all of you guys are much heavier than me.

Had a really good chest and back workout. A week of dbol is starting to take effect, no major strength increase yet, but I've put on almost 8lbs. Easy come, easy go...

I did 2 Npcs novice and open in 2009. The 15 week cut was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. Rewarding as hell but tough. Cut from 205 to 164. Missed my perfection timing by a day the first time. 2nd one was two weeks later and I was just physically and mentally drained. Toyed with doing a Masters but with a family now I just can’t commit 100% to it. I won’t lie I miss standing on stage sometimes and it’s been almost 8 yrs. lol

I mainly use insulin with intra workout nutrition and post workout nutrition . I've never taken more then 20iu and I've never once went hypo (after 100s of times using it). the intra workout nutrition is key Imo and what has kept me from never going hypo .
I use 5-10 grams of Amleopectin with every 1 iu of insulin I inject (that can be found in species nutrition carbolzye drink).
just sip on that during your workout after you pin the Slin. then for post workout if you pin Slin again make sure to have a fast acting carb meal.
I also use insulin without carbs . but this is very low dose , 2-3 iu. I do this for cardio sessions to lower blood sugar. I can go slightly hypo , but thats my purpose (orange juice on hand just in case)
but for weight training sessions and much higher doses I use Carbolzye and never once went hypo .

Wife does not like it. Too much time in the gym and not willing to miss a workout. No eating out here because of diet. She definetly does not like AAS. She obviously heard about Rich Piana and further dislikes AAS. The week before competition (stress, tren , lack of carbs, and dehydration) is very difficult. She is super to put up with me during this time.

....or have your friends grab extra packs of jelly if they stop for a biscuit in the morning. If you're really low, there's no need to drink or chew glucose tabs. Just squeeze the jelly out onto gums, etc. It will raise blood glucose very rapidly and it's free.
Never want to be unprepared, uneducated, or unwise with insulin .

Yea, I took a break from the diet bout a month ago, worried bout getting lose skin. Come Jan 2nd I'll be hard core cutting. The 40 something pounds I recently lost was done without hardly any cardio. Getting my diet back in check, plus adding hard core cardio should yeild good results.
