Mines come in packs of 30 with a fixed, zero deadspace 30g 1/2" needle. Rather cheap $5 for a box.

I just them from the pharmacy. I think a box is 15 bucks or so and get a free needle clipper so no need for a sharps box. AAS needles are 16 cents each and have retractable needles.

Ill fill my jack off folder with your pics **cough** I'd grateful to keep track of stuff and everything, the current lineup is awesome, I'm honored.

More people have to step up as judges it would be horrible if only my opinion counted.

One thing I'd appreciate is if competitors took many and the same type of pictures before and after. So, if you do 4-5 poses at the start do the same poses at the finish.

My vote for which poses are:

POSES FROM THE FRONT
Front relaxed
Front double bicep
Most muscular (optional)

POSES FROM THE BACK
Back relaxed
Back double bicep
Back lat spread (optional)

Would be nice if we had a side pose like either side tricep, chest or both - some people look better/bigger from the side.
