Thanks buddy, skins a bit thick around my chest and back, raised trt to 400 and I’m holding water, hate it. Mrs.BG gave up the shreds to eat this month, I think she’s going to do this contest if we can get some pics. Btw I had that package of bf returned to sender!

what program did you use to edit your face out?

I just go into edit/paint and use black with a medium brush.

It felt like I had worked out my whole body this morning, could be from the multiple cramps I developed while posing.

Try standing on stage during a comparison at full flex for1-2 minor more with a smile on your face. Fock

Try this when you work out in between each set flex that muscle and hold for as long as you can.
