Ok I did some recon on the competition and here are the results:
Charger- wannna be bodybuilder, competes but never brings home the bacon (1st place). Born in a state that had more cows than people. In other words, makes Obs look like a city slicker.
CAPE- not going to be cutting. Been training with Marcus- watch out. Likes sleeping on a wooden floor with no clothes or blanket.
TARMYG. Likes Celion Dion- I think he is in love. Once he drops below 10% bf gets really hungry. Talk about food with him!
DIESEL- likes guns- be careful with him... He doesn't give advice .. Probably because he has the secret to the world. He hates tomatoes... Talk about tomatoes with him!!
BG- competing with Tarzan for the biggest boobs. His knees and cardio do not like each other. He's fraking huge so DO NOT piss him off.
MOOSEMAN- he has coach Sil, he will also be eating alot of cranberries.
GHETTO BOYD- he's a mountain biker and I think that he likes JIMI Hendrix. If he begins to take a lead int he competition, just tell him "ther's a red house over yonder". He will try to keep order. Us old fogues cannot let that happen.
RAGIN CAJUN- has a thread. Just post alot of questions on his thread so he spends more time answering the questions than in the gym.
MUSCLESCIENCE- this guy is rock solid, but I have recently found a weakness ( i feared that he did not have one). Start talking petides with him so that he spends all of his time researching instead of training.
David Lopan- he is interested in making a porno film. His favorite saying is " have you ever been experienced, while I have" (lyrics to a Jimi Hendrix song). Porno will distract him. Just tell him that He needs more help from Dr. Obs. He is also fighting with Guitarzan over BH's assistance.
GUITARZAN- i think he will be a co producer in David's porno film. He is huge so we need to keep directing him to Dr. Obs to distarct him.

I did a pic like that too in the last competition but I had nowhere to hang the phone, old phone had no timer, had noone there at the moment to take pics etc, I got away with it, but if BG does a double bicep with both hands we can still see the improvement when comparing. Though if you guys think it's unfair and he's pulling angles (come on he's huge, 12 weeks is not a long time for him to add size ) then we could standardize it so that everyone finds a way to take pics posing properly.

I am thinking about taking T3. I have never taken it before. Can i get feedback on the results, what to be careful about, and any other informative info.
I will obviously be doing a cutting cycle. I do not like the fact of shutting down my thyroid. There is no such thing as PCT for T3 so how long does it take to get it running on its own?
I understand that you should not run T3 and an eca stack because of cardiac issues and that you should not run T3 and slin because it can cause hyperglycemia. Any comments on these combos?

I've run t3 and eca with no issues. Just make sure you taper off, I messed up and didn't do it one time, but didn't take long to get back right after getting back on it and tapered my off

Clen never really did anything compared to an EC stack. I can’t stay on EC for a full week at a time because I lose weight too fast.

I got same issue bit stayed on mass doses for weeks last cycle. Helped greatly with recomp.
